Pravo the hotel is really beyond expectations and the staff are super nice specially the people next to the entrance
The security deposit to me disturbed my budget the whole trip. 15000 BHT is too much

Персонал подменили😡первый визит в отель в феврале прошёл шикарно от ресепшен до бара на крыше)
В этот визит огромный вопрос к управлению❗️❗️забронировано 2 номера с раздельными кроватями, при заезде просили объединить и доп кровать сыну, к 15.00 он не был готов, дальше от второго номера карты принесли в номер к детям, те мы подняться на этаж не можем, нет карты😡, багаж вместе с багажом друзей а это отдельная бронь выгрузили у нас в одном номере 7 чемоданов😡😡, этажи разные, по картам не могли даже их забрать, встречались на 1 этаже отдавали сами, в баре за комплементарную закуску деньги попросили😡😡😡на завтраке очередь по талончикам😂, заказ по меню 25 мин, вообщем надо что то делать❗️Удачи этому отелю, не вернёмся!

Only the gym & room
Check in experience was bad, overcrowded and chaotic, we were told our room will be ready at 3pm, return at 4pm and staff still need to process the card for room. Location is not ideal, a 15mins walk to Central Embassy and the hourly shuttle bus does not help. Some plugs and the electrical curtain in room were not working well. Was disappointed with no availability of English Breakfast tea bag, was told it was out of stock, pretty amazing this is not available in a 5star establishment.

We booked connecting rooms because I was traveling with the kids. The hotel confirmed and made sure that they would provide me with two connecting rooms. They prepared the rooms with the kids' staff. This is my second time staying in this hotel, and it will always be my choice: very comfy room, nice hotel, great staff, and great location.

The personnel is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly designed with nice art. The rooms are perfectly clean and neat. I would really recommend this hotel for future stays!

Our family loves this hotel and that's the reason why we decided to stay here again. The hotel is well managed and keep up the good maintenance. Drinking coconut water every day at breakfast time was fantastic!
The lobby is always crowded, and the water at the swimming pool was too cold.

Very comfortable, the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast is unforgettable. Location is very good, but at the same time so peaceful and it’s hard to believe you’re in central Bangkok.

The property very clean and new, the breakfast was awesome. And the view fantastic
I notified them for early check in, but they have changed my room to two bed room which I didn’t need they told me it’s upgrade and I didn’t receive the room until 4:40 pm.

The bed was the comfiest I have ever experienced. The room was perfectly clean and refreshed each day. The breakfast is more than generous, what a great way to start each day! The views from my room, combined with the electric curtains were hard to beat!
The pool area is quite small, but was fine when I was there. Maybe I was lucky! Room service menu was a little restrictive.

De ligging was erg prettig, we sliepen in een fijne grote kamer en grote badkamer met een mooi uitzicht. Het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd met veel opties.
Het zwembad was vrij koud. Het diner wat we inclusief hadden was mwah. Niet bijzonder en erg duur voor wat je kreeg.

The room was fantastic and it had a major wow factor about it. It was enormous but also clean/well laid out/easy to use, a great view and a comfy bed. Little touches by the hotel like teddy’s on the child’s bed made it somewhere our daughter wanted to be which also helped!
The other wow was the pool which was a nice place to spend time there especially in the hot Bangkok weather.

Tolles Ambiente und klasse Einrichtung durchweg im ganzen Hotel. Äußerst sympathisches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer sind großräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet und die Amenities sind qualitativ hochwertig. Das Fitnessstudio ist 24/7 geöffnet und besitzt moderne Geräte von LifeFitness. Der Outdoor Poolbereich besitzt tolle Loungemöbel und ist von 7 Uhr morgens bis 10 Uhr Abends geöffnet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Craft Lounge im Erdgeschoss mit gelegentlicher Livemusik und tollen Kaffeespezialitäten, sowie die Bar.Yard rooftop Bar mit ausgezeichneten Cocktails und einem tollen Blick nach Osten.
Der Poolbereich mit den Loungemöbeln könnte länger als 10 Uhr Abends geöffnet sein. Gleiches gilt für den tollen Aussenbereich an der Craft Bar im Erdgeschoss. Die Bar.Yard rooftop Bar ist meistens stark überlaufen und die Musik ist zu laut um sich gut unterhalten zu können. Obwohl die Bar über gute Discoausstattung verfügt ist es gewünscht vom Tanzen abzusehen.

The staff at the check in lobby front desk was very unfriendly. The white male is very professional and kind. Other staff however were very unprofessional and not really living up to what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. One of the staff threw the pen at me and this was quite shocking.

Tucked away from the chaos yet conveniently near to Chid Lom BTS with the hotel shuttle. Gorgeous gardens and compound, more like a resort than a hotel.

The lobby cafe area was a VIBE. A real cool scene with people and their sweet dogs enjoying coffee, snacks and drinks. The breakfast buffet was elite, the room was killer and with a gorgeous view of Bangkok’s many towers.

Excellent service, starting at the check-in with Lisa who helped us settle in on our first day and helped us with our questions in the following days. Breakfast is excellent - so much choice yet all tasty. Location is very good close to BTS station and also Lumphini park. Rooms are very clean, beautiful interior design.

The breakfast was exceptional - best I've ever seen by way of choice & quality. The pool & gym were also excellent - so much so my husband & I exercised every morning of our holiday!
