Great location, spacious apartment.

Staff gave us the wrong instructions where to get the key. Had to make additional stops before finally arriving to our apartment.

Hosts were very helpful, very good location, very comfortable, shops open in the middle of the night, really close to the appart.

There were lots of instructions to read in order to go to the actual apartment where we lived and when you get there in the middle of the night, tired, it can get difficult. But it worked well, in the end.

The excellent location in the center near the Charles bridge.

Unfortunately we got the one-bedroom Apartment although we booked the two bedrooms.

Great location. Spacious and clean apartment. The kitchen is big and suitable for a family. Washing machine is included.

The building inner entrance (stairway) is a bit difficult to locate.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Super close to Charles Bridge and many shops and restaurants close by. We had 3 double beds which was great for a family with two kids. Would definitely recommend this place!

There’s no elevator and we had to carry the buggy up the stairs each day.

The location, just around the corner of the Charles Bridge is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. It is ground floor, but the windows are high and there are bars on the windows so you can leave them open.

The room did not match the description or the photos on the website. The apartment was in a building different than that provided originally in the booking. The description said it was a 2 bedroom plus seating area. We got a single room loft studio apartment with one bed in the loft and one in the living area. There was no privacy between the spaces. The private entrance was a door in the kitchen end of the room leading into a public passage that people walking through the passage tried to open several times a day.

I requested and it was confirmed, a room on a low floor or near the elevator - as my cousin can't walk distance. I received a room on the third floor. The instruction paper left with the key in lockbox advised that the room was on a second floor. NO Elevator - Only stairs.

Location was perfect. Beautiful little neighborhood at the west end of Charles Bridge.

Location was excellent, very close to Charles Bridge and kitchen was ok as well

Furniture was quite cheap and few of them were over used so needs replacement.

Very specious and clean apartment for a reasonable price with perfect location just in the old town center. We even didn't need to use any transport to reach all famous places, plenty of restaurants and mini market around.

We did like everything.

Due to some damage in the apartment we‘ve booked, we were moved to another apartment in the area. Staff told us that the new apartment had better features, and would hence be more pricy, but all costs were being covered. We found ourselves to be staying in a spacious and fully equipped apartment.

Even though we appreciated the possibility for online check in, we found the online check in tool to be confusing and not really intuitive. Staff did quickly reply to all questions related to the unclear online check in, but sadly only by copying and forwarding messages that were sent already instead of providing answers to respective questions.

Maybe a little harder to park

I loved the location and how easy it was to check in without a reception. The apartment was really nice, loved the looks of it and how clean it was.

It was a bit too cold in the apartment and we didnt have enough hot water for all of us to take a shower, but we still enjoyed it.

Excellent location, all the main sights were within walking distance. Suited us to be in quieter area - although we visited in winter - so it was quieter at night (not sure if it is in summer). Fantastic building looking out onto small square. We were a small family unit so had plenty of space.

Nothing major - however we visited in January so would’ve liked thicker duvets

Location is just 90 second walk from Charles Bridge. Small supermarket 200m away which had great selection. Quiet area. Host was easy to contact when necessary. Large security gate into property which is accessed by key.

Getting the key on arrival was more challenging than expected. Key is kept in a lock box nearby but being unfamiliar made this difficult. Host did answer immediately and managed to talk us through same. Google maps is a must in finding location but once there everything was really good. We did notice lockboxes attached to gate maybe this could be an easier opinion. Did not detract from a fantastic stay.

When I reserved the apartment on booking.com, first I paid the reservation fee directly from my card and thought that every thing is over. When they sent me an email for check-in I understood that I have to pay a refundable deposit for my period of stay, 200 euro. Ok, I paid that refundable deposit (since I already paid for my reservation before). After I left in 2nd December, I am still waiting from them ti refund my deposit and all the time I get some very very un professional answers related to my deposit. They are pretending that they need some days to discuss with someone from their financial department to send me proof that they refund my deposit (can you imagine many larger corporations can deal with an issue within a day, while they are pretending that they need some days to discuss with someone from finance for a document). It was the worst experience so far that I had through booking, even now when I am writing this edited review I am still waiting for them to close this deposit issue.

the property is clean and has all the amenities. It’s warm too and it’s located at a good location for us.

The instructions to get our key was messy and confusing. nobody was there to guide us and we were stranded there for nearly 2 hours. plus, the apartment provided and the location is not the exactly the same as what was prescribed in the pictures which got me more annoyed. They could have been more specified in their description and told us earlier because I had to change my pick up location. Worst part is that we moved our luggages so many times which they could have told us right from the start that our location would be at that particular place rather than inconveniencing us to move here and there.
