Our host Matteo was exceptional! He greeted us where the bus dropped us and helped with our baggage all the way to the apartment. He provided us with tips and recommendations for Palermo and was extremely helpful and responsive during our whole stay. The apartment was cute, clean and well-situated. We would definitely stay again. Matteo made our stay wonderful!

Terrific location. Close to Palantine Chappel, Hop on Hop Off bus stop for Monerale, markets. Property was clean, well renovated, good facilities, great bathroom.

Be careful there is a step inside the apartment between the kitchen and lounge. This can be a trap for the unknown!!! But once you were aware you knew to watch for it!!!!!

Beautiful apartment! Comfortable bed, modern bathroom and small but good kitchenette. We stayed in apartment nr 7 and had a balcony with nice views of rooftops and mountains. The host Matteo was very helpful - met us at the apartment to give us the keys and helped us arrange transport to the airport. We stayed four nights at the end of a four-week tour by train and bus around the island and it felt like true luxury! If you like to cook you can pick up anything at the Ballarò market nearby. If not, there are restaurants :) Dont’t forget to visit the Palazzo next door…

Location was a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the main drag, but quiet at night time . Also just a few minutes walk from the historic Ballaro street market. So excellent location. The apartment was lovely with the room tastefully decorated and modern fittings for bathroom and kitchen. In addition the host Matteo was very accommodating, answering our questions and providing hints and tips, he was always on hand if needed via whatsapp. We did have a small issue with a key that Matteo sorted straight away so 10 out of 10 for helpfulness.

Nothing of note

The building is in a very authentic area close to everything. The place is neat and looks like recently renovated. There is a very nice lobby, too. Equipped with the elevator. The room is spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and you have everything you need in the kitchen. The view in the room is incredible. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The sound isolation is perfect, I haven't heard either my neighbours or the people in the street. Matteo is a great, welcoming and caring host!

The bed was the most comfortable of all of the places we stayed in Italy but it could still be a bit more comfortable.

The apartment was very clean, air conditioned, and had pretty well everything you could need.

Location is the weak spot

It was in a perfect location, walking distance to many of the top attractions in Palermo. (I’m 82 years old) The room was spacious and very clean. There was a kitchenette and balcony and everything worked perfectly. The manager, Matteo was extremely cordial and helpful. The owners family has lived in the Palazzo since about 1100 and their son give fabulous tours of the Palazzo Conte Federico. I would recommend this property highly.

Bed is a little hard

Excellent quiet central location. Lift to top floor. Matteo was very helpful, answering all sorts of practical questions.

Our host, Matteo, was waiting for us at the front door when we arrived. He not only made us feel welcome, but assured us that he was available for anything that we needed. We really appreciated him offering his help if needed. I also liked that there was shutters on the bedroom window that could be closed, so that the morning sun did not wake you up too early. This apartment is part of an old palace, so don't miss going on a tour of the palace. The tour was given by one of the palace owners, and it was great!
