Shower had mould! Staff omitted to remember restock on toiletries, coffee and one day only cleaned room after we enquired after 15h00. We stayed at 2 other hotels, Quest and Regent which faired definitely better.

Our room had only one chair in the room with the table so if you ordered room service , the other person would have to sit on the bed or couch to eat their food .seemed unusual

Love the rooms and the layout as well as the dark curtains to allow me to sleep.

The location was close to the centre without being in the centre of town. Close to the lake and action. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Terrible room design - bathrooms and toilet had no privacy (no proper sealed doors so you can hear with no ventilation ie everything wafting through the bedroom).

Huge room nice big shower and decent gym. Didn’t try the breakfast but location wa great for restaurants in the evening and on street parking was easy to find nearby.

Staff seem a big green but were very friendly.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour se promener à pied (Government Garden, Ohinemutu le village maori, les bords du lac, Kuirau Park, et de nombreux Spa). Il n'y a pas de parking gratuit mais des possibilités de se garer dans la rue à moindre coût (gratuit le WE). Nous avons apprécié le bar, le restaurant pour dîner et pour le petit-déjeuner le choix et la qualité du buffet. Le personnel de l'hôtel est chaleureux et accueillant. Fontaine à eau à disposition dans le lobby. La chambre (7ème ét.), bien que "vue ville" nous permettait de voir aussi le lac. Elle était propre, calme, confortable, avec plateau bouilloire/cafetière. La salle de bain était spacieuse, les produits de toilette de qualité.

The location is great and that’s about it.

They took 200 dollars as bond but didn’t return it to me and I tried contacting them but they just tell me it will take up to 10 days even though it has been 20 days since i checked out of the hotel on 28 of December, they’re not cooperative and shady.

Central location, easy walk to Eat Street and the lake. Our room had a nice city and lake view, with good amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

ロケーション最高です。 ロトルア湖ビューのお部屋は街で温泉の湯気の上がっているも見られました。 クラフトビールやさんやスーパー、ポリネシアンスパ、足湯のある公園など、どこに行くにも便利。 部屋も広く快適でした。

日本人的にはバスタブがあると嬉しい。 ミニバーに栓抜きなし。フロントにお願いすると持ってきていただきましたが、この国は手で開けるんだと言われました。もちろん依頼する前に手で開けようと努力したのですが、うまくいかず。 他のホテルには置いてあったので、誰もがどんな瓶でも手で開けているのかどうかよくわかりません。

酒店设施很新 除了提供的代客泊车（收费）有点贵 其他服务都很满意 但是酒店房间内没有窗户有点闷 酒店附近的美食很多 位置很好 有名的西班牙bistro就在旁边

Having to pay for parking. I would like to think that if your booked into the hotel parking should be included in the price, especially as it’s a high end hotel

Spacious room with a great central location, walking distance to 'Eat Street'. Good sized gym and modern interior.

Charge for parking, but we parked on the street which is free from 6pm-9am.

Upgraded to a room with lake view, yeah right, a glimpse over rusty roofs and buildings.. Literally walk out of the shower or toilet and you're in the kitchen.

Everything was in need of a good clean. Everything was very dusty even the lifts up to the rooms were dirty.

Loved the view and location is great.

Parking was expensive and there wasn’t a staff member who could drive a manual when we departed. We were nervous about parking security. The only disappointment was the roughness of the bath robes.

Parking is very convenient, there is a 5-minute drop-off zone at the entrance for unloading luggage, and hotel parking is also very convenient. There is a large park nearby, and it is very close to the Maori cultural experience center. A very good staying experience.

Great location, wonderful amenities, and helpful staff...what more could you want? Oh, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! So comfy.
