Very nice hotel with a great impression! An awe-inspiring lobby and spacious, well decorated rooms make this hotel a great one to stay in. An attached 24 hour convenience store and the train station being just outside make it even better.

The room was mostly spotless but the area by the TV was extremely dusty and the TV itself had a thick layer of white dust on top of it.

Luxurious, spacious, family friendly, very clean, and accommodating with awesome breakfast buffet, away but not too far from busy Tokyo city. A couple of minutes away from Shiomi station and can use JR pass to get to Tokyo Station in about 8 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel to my families and friends. There is one seven eleven not too far away and one restaurant which opens 24/7.

Loved the washer and dryer facility but the dryer took longer than expected.

Fantastic location and a familymart joined to hotel. Made it super easy if i felt peckish and stay in comfortable clothes. Laundry facilities were very nice alongside the rooms. I would stay again!

Frühstück is hervorragend. Lage ist gut aber nicht zentral. Super Pflegemittel, Komfort, Sauna. Zu empfehlen

The hotel is well located if you want to visit Disneyland, for example. It's close to the subway station. The hotel is modern and very comfortable. There is a play room for kids which is great. Great hotel for families.

Would be great to have more western options for breakfast (e.g fresh bread, fresh juices, cheeses, etc.)

Das Frühstück war doch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für den deutschen Geschmack. Große Auswahl eigentlich, aber Pommes zum Frühstück brauche ich jetzt nicht so dringend. Es gab kein Brot, Käse oder Wurst sodass ich mich doch sehr wieder auf Deutschland gefreut habe. Außerdem ist die Lage doch etwas sehr außerhalb der Stadt. Das ist vor allem ein Problem, weil die U-Bahn ab 0 Uhr nicht mehr fährt und ein Taxi nachts ein Vermögen kostet. So kann man spät abends nichts mehr unternehmen und ist im Hotel etwas „gefangen“. Außerdem, 1200 Yen für waschen/trocknen ist doch sehr teuer. Gab’s in anderen Hotels umsonst…

The decor of the hotel was wonderful. The vibe and the interior of the hotel room was impeccable. I also loved that they tidied up the room to perfection everyday without fail. The staff were warm and welcoming. It was a great bonus that most of them spoke english.

The breakfast could have been better. The menu was the same everyday except for 1 or 2 carbohydrate dishes. The quality of the breakfast were not up to expectations either, and was quite mediocre.

Chambre spacieuse et design, kimono, onsen avec les articles de douche et visage à disposition, Family Mart dans l’hôtel et un plus grand supermarché près de la gare. Gare à 1 minute à pied. Buffet petit dej. Buanderie (payante). Service de livraison des bagages dans le Family Mart de l’hôtel (super pratique).

Toilette pas chauffée, entrer dans la chambre par la SDB, trop petite table. Le prix élevé du buffet du soir.

每層樓可能多客房, 我早上 9 點離開並要求客房清潔服務, 但房直到下午 2:30安排清潔, 至下午 3 點完成.

早餐的樣式很多，房間空間大，住起來很舒服。員工也很親切，飯店旁邊有全家便利商店，很方便。 飯店離車站很近，附近還有超市、24小時營業的熱食、居酒屋。

洗脫烘機太少。

Die Innenarchitektur. Dass gleich im Anschluss ein kleiner Supermarkt war. Dass der Zug zur Innenstadt Tōkyōs zwei Minuten entfernt war, nur drei Stationen zu fahren. Umgekehrt zurück aus der Großstadt in die „Ruhe“. Das Restaurant des Hotels war qualitativ sehr gut, angemessene Preise, sehr gute ( auch europäische) Küche / Auswahl

Gibt nichts Nachteiliges

Super modernes neues Hotel, geräumige Familienzimmer, etwas ausserhalb aber sehr gut erschlossen und ruhig gelegen

Frühstücksbuffet sehr auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet

Beautiful lobby. Friendly staff who were extremely helpful with onward travel plans. In-room coffee maker. Powerful shower.

I had to sidle along the bed to get in; it was v tightly positioned. The bed was a little hard.

czysto, przestronny pokój, blisko stacji (ale na uboczu, więc trzeba doliczyć jedną przesiadkę więcej, żeby dotrzeć do wielu atrakcji), dostępne niezbędne kosmetyki. dobre miejsce dla tych, którzy sie wybierają do disneylandu

wszystko w porządku, bardzo sympatyczne miejsce; trzeba jednak pogodzić się z tym, że hotel mimo ze jest blisko stacji, to jednak dojazd nie jest tak dobry jak z popularnych dzielnic typu Asakusa.

The hotel is so posh! The location is great near the train station and 10 minutes to Tokyo station.

The shared baths could be a bit cleaner (the water itself). I went when it had just opened and saw rubber bands on the shared bath floor.
