Great location, nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, restaurant within, overall a great choice.

The TV in the adjacent room, which is connected to my room with a locked door, was blaring all night, requiring me to use ear plugs. That tells me that the walls there aren’t very soundproof.

The property was very nice, very clean, & the staff was very friendly & welcoming.

The only thing I didn’t like was for such a nice place I would love to have had free hot breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious.

My booking said that my breakfast would cost $12/person per night - a total of $36 for the 3 adults on the reservation who ate. At the hotel, I was provided a “$9 coupon” by staff to get a $9 breakfast for each of us that said it was “good for 1 breakfast meal”. At the restaurant, I asked the server if the coupon was valid for everything on the menu and was told yes. After we ordered and ate, I was brought a check for $60 and told that the coupon is only valid for “entrees” (pancakes, french toast, omelets, etc) and doesn’t cover the sides you have to order a la carte (eggs, bacon, etc.) The coupon is only valid if your entree alone is greater than $9 (which very few are) and is not a $9 meal credit but instead a cost adjustment that will bring your total down to $9 if it is higher than $9. It is functionally useless. So “$12/$9 breakfast coupon valid for 1 breakfast” actually means “this coupon will being the price down to 12/$9 for a single breakfast entree with any sides at your expense.” And even after the staff acknowledged they failed to properly explain this and the server had even wrongfully told me the coupon was good for the entire meal because she was “new and didn’t know how it worked”, they still refused to adjust the total based on their error and demanded I pay $60 for their wrong information.

Good place to stay for sightseeing in Jefferson City. Spacious and quiet room.
