The room was clean, but the tv didn't work.
There was a guy in his car blaring music for 3 hours outside the window.
I finally had to call the office to get him to stop.
They did take care of it.

This was a great stay! It's close to downtown Jeff City and right next to a great antique shop. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was good!

The desk attendant (didn't get his name) was great. Very personable. There is no sound buffering whatsoever in guest rooms. I could literally hear the people beside me talking in their room. Whoever was on the floor above me seemed to be stomping around the room continuously. I never turned on the tv, however some type of loud clicking or knocking sound kept coming from the receiver behind it from time to time. I'd never heard anything like it. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable but parking was crowded. Dining was very limited and the area felt unsafe. Traffic past the hotel was heavy. Staff was very limited in speaking English. Breakfast was average.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, toast, bagels, juices. The only small negative was the tv occasionally made a loud bang sound we never figured out why (room 128). Overall one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere

When I made my reservation, my check in time was 3pm. Due to being in town already for work, I chose to call and inquire if they allowed early check in. The nice gentleman behind the desk who answered the phone expressed that would be no problem. As soon as I arrived to Baymont, I was greeted with a warm smiling face as I completed ny registration. The welcome area had a nice, refreshing aroma as soon as I walked in. The room I stayed in was just right although the refrigerator kept making a popping noise but not too loud.

The place was super clean. Floors sparkled, rooms smelled amazing, beds were tightly made. The mattress was so comfortable, I wish I had the same at home. I rested very well. Highly recommend.

The creamer for the coffee was spoiled. I told the front desk about it. The second day, they still were serving the spoiled 1/2 and 1/2.
The bottom sheet and pad on the bed didn't fit. It bunched up every time you moved and was very uncomfortable. I will not stay there again!!

We visited the town for a family event and needed a convenient place to stay. Kevin at the front desk was amazing and explained everything we needed to know. The hotel is simple, but if you're looking for a place to sleep and rest before heading out for the day, this is it. It's clean and perfectly located in the city.

The place was in a great location for my needs. It was quiet, and very clean. Room was well appointed. My only "complaints" are regarding the shower. There was no matt or texturing on the slippery tub floor - not very safe. Also the water pressure was very low.

The room was clean, staff pleasant. The ice machine didn’t work on level 3. The breakfast was ok nothing out outstanding. The coffee was good. Only hard boiled eggs, no bacon or sausage, on biscuits and gravy and a pancake machine. Some sweet rolls.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, I'm waiting (8 days so far) for my room deposit to be released. A different room deposit from a different hotel for a later stay has been released on the same card. I called the hotel and was told it can take up to 6 weeks. This hotel is not refunding room deposits. What a scam.
