Service was great, beds were good, overall was a good stay. A couple negatives were the mildew smell in our room was hard to get used to, think it was coming from the A/C unit. Wi-Fi was so weak it would drop off our phones and we only had like 1/3 of the channels that the guide said we would.

Friendly, the housekeeping staff was great getting me a xtr blanket the gentleman running it was awesome , Breakfast was great, made my own waffle the girls were very helpful in the kitchen. I would say this is a well run clean establishment. Will definitely stay there again for my next trip to the Jefferson City Penitentiary.

Advertised as handicapped, it wasn't ,toilet was not extended hight .almost unusable. There was one grab bar on the inside wall or the shower . The light switch was mounted way to high in the bathroom.They scrimped on handicapped. The view might have been pretty , window was frosted -up.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned well. The floors were not swept/vacuumed well.

The hot tub is not working and has been down for awhile. The lady at the front seat was very rude when I told her they should put it on their website that it is down. The hot tub is the reason I picked this hotel. The pool is so cold you can’t even swim in it. So disappointing!
On the other side the breakfast was ok. But the man taking care of the breakfast area was amazing. He made sure everything was stocked and clean. Was very impressed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites Jeff City. My husband had business meetings. He usually stays at another hotel, but this one was so much nicer. We really like it.

I gave this a rating of 4 because I chose a handicapped room for my mother who is in a wheel chair. The door to the room was heavy and didn’t have a way to hold it open while I was trying to get her into the room.

I called 2 hours before booking, to ask if pool and hot tub were working. Lady that answered the phone said yes, everything is working. We get here to find out the hot tub is out of order.

The hotel was clean and employees were friendly and helpful. After arriving at our room the television wouldn"t come on but emloyees took care of the problem.The bed was comfortable.I would definitely stay ther again.

Overall pretty good by today’s “standards.”There were some hairs in the bathtub. I cleaned the tub, so it wasn’t a big deal. Hot-tub was out of order, but so is every other hotel hot-tub in the U.S. The dead-bolt on the room door wouldn’t work until I realized I had to lift the door a little to let it slide in. Someone knew it was messed-up and left it that way, or maybe it wasn’t checked at all. I miss the days of standards. They are gone.

Waited at the desk for 10 minutes and had to call the desk staff to get checked in. Even on weekends the pool is closed by 10... should be open till 11 or 12 on weekends
