Close proximity to the Capital.
Parking lot was small and tight.

This Baymont is a wonderful improvement from a few years ago. Everything is remodeled, beds are comfortable and the price is great. It is conveniently located - close to Lincoln U, Capitol, downtown. Breakfast was perfectly adequate.
The cleaning crew may need some retraining. The room was basically clean, but there was a ton of dust on surfaces. I actually wiped it off, myself. The bathroom and beds were fine. Also, the elevator needs some attention, some floor cleaning.
The only other thing was a persistent noise, maybe from the roof ? About every half hour, there was a strange clanking. It eventually stopped and didn’t recur overnight or in the morning.

Staff was very nice
The air never got our room cold enough the tvs never work when I stay here they came to fix it, it worked for that evening only and the service was out again by morning. The microwave plate also didn’t spin when heating up the food.

Breakfast was one of the bad parts of this. Two choices of cereal, and hard biscuits and cold gravy with and warm milk is not breakfast

Location and price were great. Room was comfortable enough.
Housekeeping seemed very disorganized. Never got the room fully cleaned while we were there. they took towels and didn’t come back for hours to replace them. Took soap o e day and didn’t replace it.

The staff and cleanliness were excellent.
There was only one elevator, which was on one end of the long building. My room was in the middle of the third floor, so I had to either make the long trek to the elevator or walk up 3 floors with all my baggage.

Could have added more to breakfast.. scrambled eggs/ sausage or over the biscuits/ gravy.. more popular on food

Friendly staff
Breakfast was ok but my biggest complaint was the bed. I had let the front desk know the bed was broken or something as it had a big dent/dip in it. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep. I was told they would have housekeeping look it over when they came in to reset room and nothing ever happened.

The fridge made loud noises and was told that is a problem with all the fridges in the room. I was told there was a solution for the noises, but after I checked out. Wish I had been informed when I checked in.

Desk clerk was outstanding. Breakfast was very good.
First floor is not on ground level. Made it difficult to bring in the cart. Desk clerk was awesome & helped me.
