The room was clean, but the tv didn't work.
There was a guy in his car blaring music for 3 hours outside the window.
I finally had to call the office to get him to stop.
They did take care of it.

This was a great stay! It's close to downtown Jeff City and right next to a great antique shop. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was good!

The desk attendant (didn't get his name) was great. Very personable. There is no sound buffering whatsoever in guest rooms. I could literally hear the people beside me talking in their room. Whoever was on the floor above me seemed to be stomping around the room continuously. I never turned on the tv, however some type of loud clicking or knocking sound kept coming from the receiver behind it from time to time. I'd never heard anything like it. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable but parking was crowded. Dining was very limited and the area felt unsafe. Traffic past the hotel was heavy. Staff was very limited in speaking English. Breakfast was average.

A nice, clean hotel. The “morning breakfast” was biscuits and gravy (no thanks) - but the hotel served its purpose - a nice, clean place to stay. The staff was very nice.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, toast, bagels, juices. The only small negative was the tv occasionally made a loud bang sound we never figured out why (room 128). Overall one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere

An online check in opportunity saved zero time. Still had to wait in line, present credit card and drivers license (already done on line). Peter at front desk was at best indifferent to myself and individual in line ahead of me.

The place was super clean. Floors sparkled, rooms smelled amazing, beds were tightly made. The mattress was so comfortable, I wish I had the same at home. I rested very well. Highly recommend.
