just needs outside furniture update & could have done with second toilet having 2 boys there & 2 adults

It was clean but it was the wrong property they put us in!

Firstly, it was the wrong property, we booked Hibernian Place but we were moved to another property the day before we arrived but we’re never contacted to be told! Secondly, The location is not great, bang in the centre of residential streets.

Loved the space and outdoor area, would be exceptional with a hot tub on the terrace

Could not open both patio doors as there wasn't a key available, only one side could be opened.

The sheets could have fitted the beds without them coming off during night Outside furniture could have been cleaned and patio area cleaned of bird droppings

The beds were super comfy. The place was immaculate throughout

Modern, spacious, comfortable beds and sofa, facilities good, extra pillows if needed (we like two each) WiFi , plenty of storage. The house is lovely.

The only downside ,When we made the booking on booking.com it said in green capitals “PAY AT THE PROPERTY” followed by no need to pay now you only need to add card details to secure the payment, sadly no member of staff mentioned this to us before the cancellation period was up so we didn’t realise this wasn’t the case until 3 days before the stay, and when I asked why it kept prompting me to fill in payment and identification through a website we have never heard of before we weren’t entirely happy about it, usually we would of cancelled the trip but as the cancellation period had passed we decided to still go. We also thought the £250 damage deposit was a bit steep , the streets are very very narrow and it is more like 20 mins drive to the centre not a 5 minute walk like I previously read to the centre. Parking spaces are limited but we did grab a space.

Clean and spacious house

We were forced to pay a £200 deposit to get the keys code. Not a normal practice in Booking and also the management company did not reply to my questions. We requested a cot and it was not available when we arrived

Instructions on how to use appliances and how to switch on hot water would be very useful.

What a lovely property this is. Well set out, spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice patio area to enjoy the sun. Longer walk to the town than we thought it would be but nothing too strenuous. Would certainly recommend and book again!!

No instructions for cooker, microwave or heating Toilet seat loose

Plenty of space for us 2 . Lovely large bed . Spotlessly clean and tidy .

The parking we free and on street with the scratch cards supplied by the hosts . However no guarantee that you could park straight outside the property . We had to park in another street a couple of times . The key box number was not e mailed and the booking.com message service we used was not replied to by the host . I had to phone them just an hour prior to our departure for the key box code and other information I had requested .
