Arrived after dark and was surprised by the STEEP roads with little light. GPS had a hard time finding the address. Easy acces once we found the apartment complex. Unit was on second floor and only access was steps. Unit was basic apartment set up. Balcony looked at rock wall face and was carpeted and wet with chairs not usuable. So bring your own. Kitchen was not well stocked. Had very basic utensils and cookware. You will need pans to bake in, coffee filters, etc. No fan in front room if that is important to you bring your own. Overall unit was clean and comfortable. We stayed to enjoy SDC Christmas and the location was perfect for that.

This property is a great place. It was easy booking the stay. Everything was clean and had everything you would need for a stay. Will hlbe booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the kids. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, and it was hard to get in touch with anyone so we used a blanket. The very late check in is frustrating due to basically losing out on a day of our vacation even though there is no discount for that day. The condo was very neat and clean otherwise.

I was looking for the perfect place to host a reunion for my college friends. Branson, Missouri was the destination. I knew we needed room for 4 adults and 3 bedrooms minimum. This place fit the bill. Plenty of room and nicely decorated. We had plenty of activities planned and this was a perfect spot to relax. Would love to come back again.

We had a great stay. Our only downside was that the parking lot was so full, people had to park on the grass and up a very steep hill. We were there during a busy time so it was probably more crowded than usual, but advertising in the email about ample parking is a bit of an oversell. In reality there is probably about 2 spots per unit, so if all the units are full and there are more than 2 cars per unit coming, be prepared to park far away from your unit and walk.

The front door was very hard to open each time we returned to the unit. The lite in the stairway was not working when we arrived and after they came to repair it, it plink all the time.

Very nice condo. Only issue we had was AC went out and it was fixed a couple 3 hrs after I called and light in hallway to room does not work.

This was a great location - close to the lake, Silver Dollar City, and the main strip! Very clean and stocked with essentials.

Nice location and property that was central to the activities we enjoyed. Close to Indian Point Marina, Silver Dollar City and only a 5 minute to the west side of the Branson Strip.

This property was exactly as advertised. There were no surprises. It was close to town, but located on a mountainside. The building was quiet and clean.

Check in would have been easy but since the light in the hallway wasn’t working (super dangerous going up and down steep stairs in the dark) it was difficult to put in the entry code. In the booking photo the bunkbed shows a ladder which was not there when we got there. difficult to get into top bunk without it. We found it later, brocken in a closet and called. someone came the next day and tied it to the bed with string! the balcony door does not lock and someone put a walking stick between to “lock” it. It also seems that there was not a lot of effort put into cleaning the place. the bathtub was full of hair and we found someone else socks. We also had to unload someone else dishwasher

Photos were accurate. There was plenty of space that felt clean and comfortable. The only distraction that wasn't that big of deal was the view out the living room patio was a stone wall. We didn't travel for the view but for special family time. This space gave us what we were looking for.

This place is nicer in person. I will be rebooking this summer.

This condo was just right for our family of six.

Enjoyed out stay at the condo. Plenty of room. Only thing I would add is box fan or oscillating fan for middle bedroom. The room got a little stuffy while trying to sleep.

This property was wonderful! We really enjoyed our time and get away to Branson. The property is far enjoy off the strip to not be in bumper to bumper traffic(which I hate)! Everything you need is right in your condo! Highly recommend! Thank you

Me and my girlfriend took our kids (9)to Branson for the week of Christmas and it was nice to be able to come back to this condo and not a motel will never stay at a motel in Branson again. Thanks.
