Perfect for our purpose. Spacious and cosy apartment, clean, washer and dryer, all what is needed for our stay as a family, good beds and good location. Friendly and accommodating staff

So very near to all the sites in Epernay. Newly refurbished kitchen and shower.
The stairs were so steep to get up to the attic that we had to leave our cases and luggage in the car and just take out what we needed for our stay. On the bend of quite a noisy road.

The location is fabulous, great hosts, lovely studio, shower amazing, lovely coffee, nice big comfy bed… all great.

As an FYI, the studio is on the top floor in an attic conversion up a tight staircase. Might not be suitable for people with mobility challenges.

Great location near city center with parking a few steps away.
Nice rooms with a spacious living areas and well stocked kitchen supplied with coffe and tea.
The keybox was hard to open due to bad lighting.
The AC only took care of the down stair room and the upstair bedrooms were unbearably hot.
The stair case up to one of the bedrooms is rickety with narrow steps hard to manage.

Great apartment located in town, easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes, Avenue de Champagne is only 5 minutes away. Apartment is vert roomy with separate bedroom and has a bath. Well equipped with all you need for a few days stay. Our 1 bedroom apartment was on the first floor so there are stairs but they are wide and easily manageable. Julien was a perfect host, he met us on arrival and went out of his way to make our 3 night stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

The apartment is extremely well equipped and in a fantastic location. Parking is available less than a minute away which is payable either daily or weekly. We paid for a full week at less than 30 euros and all we needed to do was to display the ticket when we parked.

Friendly host. Good internet connection in the property. Location near to train station. Well-equipped kitchen eventhough small. Generous with coffee capsules!
Main road outside property. Cars and cyclists drive by too fast. Many beds but not enough space in the big apartment.
Attic apartment was inconvenient with the attic window when it is raining. Need to upgrade air-conditioning system to modern split units. As a tourist city, the restaurants should open, not close for summer.

Close to Avenue de Champagne. Great to have the kitchenette as well.
The air conditioner was noisy and couldn’t be left on overnight. It’s also in the centre of Tuen and on a busy road and near railway so it’s not the quietest place we have stayed.

decor was really cool and it was the most comfortable bed we’ve stayed in in all of France. kitchen was great too.
it is up on the very top floor so a lot of stairs, and being a loft, the ceilings were quite low.

Everything was as described. Perfect location, clean and comfortable. Marianne and Juliet were both responsive and helpful. It would help to have thicker curtains, and a fan as it did get very hot during the day. It gets quite noisy most of the day since it’s located on a busy street.
The washing machine didn’t work and never seem to have worked. It looks brand new and a nice model. Somehow there’s a safety lock preventing the washing machine from starting which the hosts said they couldn’t get it fixed. It’s a real shame and needs to be clarified in the description

Nice, cosy and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and modernized bathroom. Very good location - shops and restaurants and Avenue de Champagne within just a few minutes by foot.
Steep stairs to bedrooms could be a problem for young children or people with less mobility.

Very convenient location near the train station and also 5 mins to all attractions. Hosts were very nice and helpful, room is spaceous and nicely decorated. Full fledged kitchen with all kitchenware etc, big TV with Netflix. Highly recommended!
Tall people can feel a little bit uncomfortable in studio room on last floor, because ceilings have a bit of angle.

On booking.com, l the pictures of the 2 apartments were not separated. This made it harder to figure out which one we would get.

Well kitted out and very clean, this compact but very well located appartement was perfect for our short stay in Épernay. The double bed in the bedroom and the convertible sofa in the living room were both comfortable. The kitchen is compact but practical and had everything you need, including a nice coffee machine. Only 5 minutes walk from the avenue de Champagne, the location is very good.
The pictures online are not all from this appartement. There are 2 rentals that are mixed up and this immediately created a feeling of deception when we arrived. The appartement is good and didn't disappoint us at all, I would suggest the owner cleans up the pictures online so that people are not confused.

Perfect location, perfect amenities, personal attention to special needs and requests lots of space, well designed, netflix for free! Personal free parking or very close by parking lot.
It was difficult to have a good sleep as the street is quite busy and noisy. The bed could be a bit more firm and with more pillows.
