بعده قليلا عن الحرم قد لا يتوفر مواقف أمام الفندق صعوبة إغلاق بعض الابواب، تحتاج للصيانة الدش في دورات المياه (اكرمكم الله) يحتاج للصيانة. التكييف في غرفة النوم ذات السرير المزدوج مزعج.

Location and size

Condition of furniture is very bad a lot of stuff broken and in very bad condition. The cleaning staff are not trained and doesn’t know anything about cleaning. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance and professional cleaning. The do not clean anything during your stay at all.

The rooms were very spaceuse. Restaurants and local shops just at the building basement. Great location.

Reception was close and not ready for check-in so had to wait half an hour for someone to come. Can happen under ramadan. This is funny... In all the four hotels I stayed in Saudi, none did accept credit cards. Call it a unic coincidence that they all took the rest of my payment with an excuse that they had no coins to return and then forget.

They have no towels, remotes have dead battery,no cups,plates cutlery

Two separate bedrooms

Stained sofas, no name board on the building, no front desk or reception. You have to call the number given on their address after which a person comes to give you the room keys. There was no one available in person or on phone at the time of checkout.

I like the space is big and good furniture
