House was very nice with all facilities. Very close to waterfalls and had a wonderful private pool inside the house.
Few more kitchen utensils would have been a positive.

The villa was very spacious. we had the whole villa with 2 floors and 1000 Sft space to ourselves. The property is very spacious and built well.
despite the property being of good quality the maintenance was poor. moreover, there’s no full
time dedicated care taker. it seems that the caretaker and cleaner handles 6 such buildings. Hence the maintenance and hygiene could be better.
They don’t provide towels for guests. I asked for towels as I expected them to provide it but they had only one and that too not a very clean one.

Rooms were spacious, suitable for group of people. Care taker is a friendly person.
It's an individual house. Hence one should not expect hotel like facilities.
Bathroom windows were not covered with mesh, as forest is nearby , hence insects like spiders, lizards were coming causing anxiety among kids. But the worst problem is house fly, hundreds of them present everywhere....they could provide at least one Washing machine to handle wet clothes etc since laundry facilities not near by

Could have used a fridge. Bathroom floor was slippery, fell, luckily no injury. Too frequent power going on and off - did not affect fans or lights, but gave up watching tv.

they do not even have a credit card machine to pay

No breakfast given , No water to drink , or tea or coffee. It was a disaster . I have never had such a worst service before . We checked in 10:20 and the house was still not ready and they were cleaning . We found cigars in bathroom . Swimming was not usable and filled with trash .

FIRST floor: Bathroom Heater trips so need to call watch man to fix it . Might have given some hangers in cup board and mirror in bedroom
