The location was calm and serene. The staff was very well behaved. Facilities were clean and functional.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The cottage we stayed was just beside a river stream which enhanced our experience. Loved the balcony where we could sit and enjoy the forest view and the river stream. In general the cottage was clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff were courteous specially the host Mr. Rohan who extended help in providing us with the information about the places to visit nearby. Liked the breakfast spread. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Just a few suggestions - the paintings in our room were bit unusual and scary. Some cheerful or paintings of other genre could have brought more positive vibes.

A gorgeous resort in a beautiful location by the river. The cottage was clean and spacious. We loved our balcony overlooking the stream. The staff were exceptional and we really enjoyed the food too. Highly recommended.

How well they have organized the cottages keeping nature as it is and the feel of freshness around the stay. It's a must visit if you are a couple, family or group of friend's. Best part is being pet friendly Also the food was homely and it didn't upset one bit

It was a very well-maintained property, with a lot of greenery and in an extremely quiet location. The cottage was clean and spacious, and detached from others which worked well for us given we had our dog with us, who sometimes does not do well with strangers. Also appreciated the round the clock generator which minimised disruption from what seemed to be frequent power cuts. Food was very good; an authentic and homely spread. The staff were all very courteous and helpful throughout. The dogs on the property were an added bonus :)

Stayed at The Road’s End for 4 nights with family and loved almost everything about it. It’s a bit far from the centrally located Madikeri, but there’s a lot going for this property. 1. Large, clean and comfortable cottages/chalets with high ceilings and a long sit-out/balcony at the back overlooking a small river and thick forest. 2. Sumptuous homely Coorg food infused with local flavors and aromas. 3. Warm, courteous and helpful staff, always ready to serve with a smile. The manager, Rohan, is highly professional and a very nice person. 4. Ample parking for cars and free staff meals for drivers. 5. Decent dining area, games room, badminton net, hammocks, bonfire pit, barbecue, neatly trimmed lawns, cobbled pathways to all cottages, etc. 6. Free coffee plantation tour in a jeep, with Rohan as a knowledgeable guide. 7. Two beautiful, well-behaved, and lovable dogs on the property, Skittle and Ginger - never heard them bark even once in 4 days, but they often came to meet us warmly. 8. All in all, a very genuine and enjoyable Coorg experience at this place.

Scope for Improvement (just a few minor niggles): - Room could do with at least one bright white light. Yellow lamps created a great ambience but it was always a bit dark inside, especially since the thick vegetation outside blocks much of the sunlight for most of the day. - The paintings on the walls in my room were artistic but a bit abstract and depressing - I personally prefer cheerful paintings or photos of local attractions hung on the hotel room walls. - Cable TV could do with a few more channels, although it’s not critical in a place where you come for new experiences - Last few hundred meters of road leading to the property could be better maintained for non-SUV cars. Our driver always seemed nervous driving over the last stretch.

staff was really good and very much helpful and very much kind and proactive in helping us. Food was really good. Even my kid also liked the food and the place very much. Camp fire was really good .

Location of the property is absolutely stunning as it is nestled inside a coffee estate.

This property is exceptionally beautiful and dreamy. They have ensured to make it comfortable and provide the basic amenities and hygienic, freshly prepared food. The staff are courteous and are guided well by the manager - Mr. Rohan. They go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay and cater to needs that may arise out of special circumstances. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and clean.

The breakfast options could improve. Their BBQ platter could have more variety. The room could have some additional facilities like water heater, hair dryer etc.

The property is really good with polite staff and a lot of area to explore. Very pet friendly too

Food can be slightly better

Location. Greenery , Staff , Local Foods , Local wine , look out for Bird eye chilli.

Little Annoying Mosquitoes and few insects which are obvious if you live in such a beautiful locale.

The open area and greenary was great. Food and the staff was nice.

No other activities here. You can stay and spend time with family. Not value for money.
