Our family stayed for 8 nights overall it was a great vacation. Takes about 10 min by car to Disneyland. The home needs abit of maintenance this is why the 3 star review owner is aware and mentioned to us they would look into it. pool is as shown in pictures, the grandkids had a great time.

Great pool area, super comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Wonderful house for a multi family stay. The cousins loved the kids room, hot tub and pool!

This was a perfect place for our family get together for our 50th anniversary Disneyland trip. Plenty of bedrooms and great backyard with pool, hot tub, fire pit. Lots of toys and games for the kids. Only a mile to Disneyland and easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have picked a more wonderful place to stay while enjoying our Disney experience with our kids. Three families stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. The pool and slide were main attractions for the kids and provided hours of fun. The property manager was lovely to work with. Responsive and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was amazing!!

Traveled with six boys(4-12) and five adults. The property is 10 min. from Disney parking. The house is perfect for kids , well laid out(not as big as it looks in the pictures). Everything from pool to WiFi worked . Had a small issue and manager Bonnie was right on point. Thanks for a great trip.

This house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, had lots of seating and even highchairs. The bedrooms were spacious with two night stands that had charging ports, comfy king size beds and a few pack n plays. The kids room was a hit with lots of room, games, 2 TVs and toys. The pool was beautiful. There were pool toys for the kids and lots of outdoor furniture to relax on. The strollers, beach chairs and beach toys were a plus as well. This was a wonderful place for our family to stay and relax.

Excellent house, everything we needed was available. The strollers were a lifesaver for the theme parks. They helped with the kids and a carrier for snacks and drinks. We had a beach day and the coolers, chairs and boogie boards were perfect! The pool and everything else in the house was awesome. Kids loved the bunk beds. Adults loved the king size beds! Bonnie was the best, super responsive and helpful!

This property had everything you could ask for. Lots of supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms, and pool toys. Things for a day at the beach, too. Appreciated all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Best vrbo I’ve stayed in.

State for four nights with the family ages ranging from four years old to 84. The pool in the location were amazing. House was super clean, which is very important to us, and Bonnie was easy to communicate with. Everyone had a fantastic time!

We rented this property for a family time with our kids and grandkids (ages 2-9). This home was perfect for making memories… well stocked kitchen, great spaces for visiting and playing, comfortable beds, gorgeous yard and a stunning pool! It’s a short ride over to Disneyland and close to grocery stores and playgrounds. The host was a good communicator and was very responsive to texts. We hope we have the opportunity to return! Thank you for helping us make magical memories!

Our adult daughter and 2 granddaughters, age 5 & 7 joined us on a trip to Disneyland, and we stayed for 4 nights at this enjoyable family home. It is very welcoming in terms of furniture and decor; I was not worried about the kids breaking or messing up anything so we could just relax and enjoy our time together. The house is set up in "zones" - bedrooms away from the hub of the home so they are quiet- and the beds were very comfortable; space to congregate together in the kitchen/dining/living room; a game room for those who don't want to watch movies, and a great kids room to spread out and play in; the dress up clothes were a hit! The outdoor area was magical. We spent hours there, in the pool, on the grass, in the gazebo, grilling...just enjoying our time together. The host was very receptive to questions prior to our arrival, and was quick to respond about a few minor things we addressed. The neighborhood was very quiet; we used Uber and Lyft daily to travel to and from Disneyland, and the drivers told us that this was one of their favorite neighborhoods to work in because of the safety, and ease of driving. If you want family-focused fun and comfort this is the house for you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was our favorite part. The house had plenty of room for the 10 of us.

This was an amazing place to stay! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved their room with three bunkbeds, a couch and two TVs with two Xboxes! The dining room table was big enough for us to all enjoy dinner together and we loved the extra bar seating in the living room. Everyone’s favorite part of this house was the backyard! The pool, hot tub and slide are so fantastic and fun. Perfect for everyone. There are also tons of areas for outside seating where you can enjoy reading a book and sun tanning or relaxing in the shade. We will undoubtedly be booking this house again for our next Disneyland trip. Thank you guys so much for everything and for all of your awesome communication. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!!!

We just returned from a 4 night stay at this home. It was our first trip to California and to Disneyland, and it just happened to be 99+ degrees for the days we were there. This property was the perfect distance to Disney (7-9 minutes in the car to arrive in the parking lot) and we returned to the home mid-afternoon each day for a break, which was wonderful. Our kids, ranging in age from 4-14, loved the home. The bunk bedroom setup is one of the best I have ever seen and the gaming system was awesome. The Disneyland themed decor throughout the home is spot-on, but the shining gem of the stay was hands-down the outdoor space. The pool, slide, and spa were easy to operate and the perfect place for midday cooling off or afternoon relaxation. We were a little worried about the curfew and noise ordinance, but this was not an issue at all during our time there, and we were worn out before the 10PM curfew every night anyway! Going in and out to your car to get to the park and back is fine, by the way. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting. We would choose this home again if we return to the area and the only thing we needed more of was time to enjoy it!

This house had everything a family could want. A beautiful pool with a waterslide and lots of games and toys. The kids were in heaven!

We had 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 4 kids(2 7 year olds, 2 10 year olds). We loved this home. There is plenty of room for everyone. The 3 boys shared the room with bunk beds. This room will easily hold 12 kids if traveling with that large of a group. There were plenty of video games, foosball and a wonderful pool/hot tub to entertain during down time. This house is located in a nice neighborhood and is close to Disneyland. You could probably walk to the park, but we chose to drive and park. It seemed to be worth the $30/day after you walk 10 miles through the parks and have exhausted kiddos at the end of the day. Bonnie was an excellent property manager who promptly replied to any questions or concerns. We had one small problem while staying at the house and Bonnie immediately got to work on fixing it. We do an annual trip to Disneyland and this house will definitely be on our list for a return trip in 2023.

This property was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland and California Adventure. Our only regret: we didn't schedule enough down time to fully enjoy everything this house has to offer. The pool and hot tub in particular were excellent and a great way to rest our sore feet after hours walking in the parks.

We stayed at this home with our children and small grandchildren. The grandkids LOVED the bunk room and the beautiful pool out back. Communication was fantastic and everything was in working order. Five stars all the way!

This house was lovely. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Lots of rooms, beds and bathrooms for a large family. Great location, to have access to Newport Beach, and Disneyland.

This home was magical! My children said it was epic! The decor was Disney themed, but not overly stated. A perfect mix of elegance and theming. The pool is over the top amazing and my children had so much fun! The location is close, the home is clean, and the amenities provided went above and beyond. I’m used to purchasing my own extras like paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc, but it was all there within the home for you. Communication with owner was easy and fast. We had a great stay and would choose this property again and again.

The house was just as described, plenty of room for our group of 11! The kids loved having the Xboxes and tvs to play games on in the bedroom and all the space they had in there along with the 3 bunk beds so they could all spread out but still feel as if it were a slumber party. The adults liked the kitchen which had everything we needed for cooking. There’s a grill outside so you can barbecue if you want. Grocery stores are nearby and easy to get to so you can get needed supplies. The pool is fantastic, water crystal clear and very inviting. The kids loved the water slide and I could’ve stayed in the pool all day. Beaches are nearby, we explored laguna beach. There are boogie boards and things available in the garage if you wanted to use those. There are also strollers if needed. We went to Disneyland, which was nearby. You could easily Uber there, we drove. Due to the Anaheim noise ordinance (which has nothing to do with the owners) we were a little worried about getting back to the house late at night, but tried to be as quiet as possible. We had a wonderful time and the owners thought of everything! We would definitely book this house again. Thanks for the great stay!

Absolutely amazing stay We had. The host was right on with contacting us for any questions that we had. The house is just absolutely amazing every piece of it. The pool was where we stayed the most. The beds and the bedrooms were so comfortable and everything was so inviting. The pool was maintained the water looked so beautiful. This house has everything that you need to make it an epic adventure. This will be always our spot to come for every future get together. Just wanted to thank the host so much.

We booked this home for the space it had for the 13 of us. 7 adults and 6 kids. Each room was perfect & it was wonderful having the kids room a bit away from the adults so they didn’t wake us in the morning. LOL! The backyard was a perfect oasis & we all enjoyed the waterside! We took a drive to the beach one day and made multiple trips to the store which was so incredibly convenient! We cooked all our meals at home with the fully stocked kitchen. I would absolutely book this home again! Oh, and we even got to see the Disney fireworks from the backyard. Thank you for having a wonderful home to create a weekend of friend memories!

This house was perfect for our family’s summer trip. It had everything - clean, well-appointed, comfortable beds, great restaurants/coffee shops nearby, and an amazing backyard to spend hours in. On top of all that, Bonnie was accommodating and a really great to work with. We hope to be back again soon!

Everything was magical we stayed for 3 nights not once did we leave ! Had couple of questions and the response time was lighting fast !! It smelled clean looked clean and WAS SUPER CLEAN! Definitely worth the price my kids enjoyed the water slide. Can’t wait to go back soon. 100 out of 10 !!

Three families (7 adults + 3 kids) stayed in the house for 4 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Highlight of the house is the poll with the slide and kids room with bunk beds and Xbox. The house was very clean and spacious. Kids loved Disney theme. We spent most of our time in the pool and jacuzzi. Cant wait to go back!!!

My family and I stayed at this property Memorial weekend. The home is exactly as pictured. The kids had so much fun with the pool, slide, and game room. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The owners thought of everything to make you feel at home. Plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, heated pool, and lots of activities for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer, and we can’t wait to go back. Bonnie was a very gracious host and answered all questions quickly. It was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you for having us!

Great house with plenty of space for all and laid out well so that fun rooms such as the food all are separated from sleeping areas. Kids bunk room with dual Xboxes was large and fun game room. Quiet street, but close to Disney and the convention center. Good parking. Close grocery stores for stocking up. Nice kitchen fully stocked. Would stay here again!
