The house wasn’t at the cleanliness level that we typically see with premier hosts, we understood this is a dog friendly home but when you show up to a home with stains on the cream rug in the only tv area it just wasn’t ideal. We have a toddler who crawls everywhere which is why it was bothersome. Hot tub was also dirty when we arrived and wasn’t serviced until the next day. Grill was not clean either. The AC was not your typical system and confusing to use. The fan was super loud and had to run nonstop in order to keep it cool in the house. Location was good in proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, the hospital across the street made for loud nights with lots of road traffic. Also dogs that bark constantly in the neighboring homes. I wouldn’t recommend this home to a family with young kids, but would recommend this home to adults who want to see the area.

We came to Grand Junction for our annual girls’ mountain biking trip. This place was amazing! It is conveniently located, has plenty of space for a group including parking, the garage, and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and very well-appointed. The hot tub was definitely an amazing added bonus! Anna was so responsive and wonderful. I would highly recommend this place!!

This home and the owners made our family trip exceptional! The home is modern and comfortable, amenities are a plenty. Hot Tub was fantastic and large. Location makes it easy to get to just about anywhere on town quickly and easily, we couldn’t be happier and we will return!

We stayed here for 4 days to celebrate a few birthdays. Everything you need is there. Very clean and spacious. Very good communication with the owner she always replied within a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a great place to stay. We stayed during July when it was hot and host made sure to have the AC ready for us when we got there.

Our stay was perfect, in what we needed. We were on a working trip in Grand Junction. When we were at the house it was complete relaxation. I would highly recommend staying here and when we come back I hope they have availability.

The house was beautiful, very clean, and had plenty of room for our family to stay for a few days. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to have a fun family dinner, and the backyard was perfect for our little pooch. The only negative I feel the need to mention was the noise that came from the intersection nearby was loud enough to wake a few of us earlier than we wanted, being we are light sleepers. But with the help of the portable fan and a white noise app, the remaining nights of sleep were great! Overall, it was a wonderful few days in a lovely home! We would stay again!

We rented this house with friends to attend the Bluegrass Festival and Wine Tours in Palisade. The house was very nice and clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the nice backyard and games. It was perfect for us and I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay with our entire family for graduation weekend at CMU. The house was clean & modern, had lots of towels, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The yard games were a fun added bonus. The only complaint was we could have used a few extra pillows or maybe update the pillows as they were a little flat. Overall, wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property!

In one word: Wow! This place is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, clean home in the Western Slope. We were here to see family and have a spot for family/friends to come for Easter/Birthday. My 50th birthday landed on Easter Sunday and we wanted to celebrate with our family. There was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with enough plates/dinnerware to handle our large group. House is well appointed and modern. Huge backyard with games and a hot tub. Inside has lots of board games and even an XL Jenga game we had a blast playing. I can’t recommend this property enough. Anna was very helpful and attentive during our stay. Book with confidence. Thank you Anna for such a great venue. We made memories we’ll have for the rest of our lives.

This home was the perfect place for our family to get together for a mini-reunion. It was so comfortable and the amenities available to us were way more than expected. Add to the fact it was in the perfect location. We really enjoyed the hot tub and having a yard for the family to play!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this pet - and family friendly house - a clean & relaxing home with a hot tub away from home - close enough to the ski-resort, legendary hiking trails, theater, as well as local coffee shops & urban bakeries, orchards, grocery stores. We especially appreciate the flexibility of our host when unforeseen last minute changes needed to be made. Thank you for the real-time communications and friendly accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful that we found this modern gem in the midst of beautiful Colorado.

I can’t say enough about this gorgeous home!!! It is absolutely gorgeous and had EVERYTHING you can possibly need. We were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation from CMU. We had my family there for the weekend. The kitchen was so well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, crockpots, serving dishes etc. The kitchen has beautiful appliances and working space. We did all of our meals at the house. Crockpots, beautiful serving bowls, made for loving family meals. We enjoyed the large dining room table and 2 large living spaces on the main floor. The gas fireplace in the sitting area was nice to sit by in the evenings. The 4 bedrooms upstairs were fabulous and decorated so beautifully. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you could need! I have stayed in VRBO’s all over the country and this is hands down one of the best. Great care was taken to decorate and design this home with all the modern details. Anna was great at communicating with us and check in was a breeze. We look forward to staying in this gem again soon. Our entire family was so impressed with the home and all of the attention to detail. Anna thought of everything for this home. We felt so welcome. Thank you Anna for making my daughter’s graduation weekend absolutely perfect! I really can’t say enough about this house. It’s a 10+++ out of 10 for us. We could have stayed a week!!! This home is one of the cleanest and well maintained homes we have ever stayed in and we travel extensively. It is very up to date, new appliances and large yard. The pictures on line are very representative of the house and property. The home has very tall ceiling giving it a large and airy feeling. The four bedrooms and two baths are located up stairs but there is a convenient powder room downstairs. There were plenty of supplies, linens, pillows, towels, soaps, shampoo, laundry soap and paper products. There is a hot tub on the patio with beach towels for late night star gazing. The property manager/owner was very responsive and informative. We are an older couple with a dog, who needed a temporary home for a week while repairs were being done at our home. This home had everything you could need. The kitchen was well equipped including cooking supplies. It was an exceptionally easy transition for us and we only live a block away. It is located very near St Mary’s hospital just off of Patterson Road and centrally located to anything you might need. I would rent again if I need more space for even a family event or friends vacationing.

Exactly as pictured and had everything we needed plus extras. Very comfortable spaces for our whole family and our dogs enjoyed hanging out and running in the large fenced back yard. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I rented this house for a week while visiting our son at CMU. We both worked remotely and had great Internet service the entire week. The house is located right off of Patterson, a main road in the city and centrally located. (close to the hospital) We enjoyed the large fenced yard for our dogs, and my husband took advantage of the hot tub each night. The house is well equipped for any sort of entertaining you'd want to have; it was nice being able to make home-cooked meals for our son. The kitchen is large, well stocked and anything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal is probably in the cabinets. The house is spacious with many sitting areas and rooms, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. It was a nice bonus having a full-sized washer and dryer! The hostess was easy to reach and very communicative; thank you for a great trip!

My family was in Grand Junction for a wedding. This property was the perfect lodging option for us and served as a gathering spot for extended family. The location was perfect for all of our activities. The property is well-maintained, looked exactly as pictured and overall, VERY comfortable and spacious. All of us commented on how perfect it was for our purpose. Anna was wonderful to deal with. Very communicative and available for questions. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

House is clean and updated. Lots of space and sleeping capacity. Outdoor lighting is a bit dim, main street nearby is loud and the heat/cool system is a bit tricky to understand. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when in the area.

Close to downtown and just a few minute drive to CO National Monument. Great to use the hot tub and fabulous enclosed backyard for our dogs.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my spouse and 4 other friends. Everyone loved the property and commented on how well stocked the house was (towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, etc). The location was great; nice, quiet neighborhood and less than a ten minute drive to downtown or to access I-70. Anna was a wonderful host and communication with her was simple and easy. We all loved the property and can't wait to stay again!

The property was clean and as described. The entire family loved it, we had groups spread out in different hotels and houses, and this helped us enjoy hanging out when not meeting up with everyone else. And my dogs loved it too!
