Beautiful house and view. Fully stocked and conveniently located to supplies, groceries, and sightseeing. Management very responsive and helpful, just ask. Will definitely stay here my next trip there.

Can't say enough good things about the Gray Bear estate, we loved it. Humongous kitchen and common area and big bedrooms with TVs and fireplaces in each. Big deck with views of the lake and a great grill and outdoor bar set up. We'll definitely be returning!

A large house with plenty of room. Has everything you need for a great time. The gourmet kitchen was very impressive but does need new pots and pans. The house is close to the highway so you do have road noise, mainly in the front bedrooms.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more - the pictures don't do this property justice! It is absolutely beautiful and easily fit 10 people, with plenty of room to spare. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

We spent 10 days over Christmas 2022 and had a wonderful experience. The home was just as advertised! The kitchen was fully equipped for large group cooking. The 3 king bedrooms with bathrooms were very nice. The bunkroom was a little tight but OK for young kids. The primary bedroom was very large and spacious. We had plenty of extra linens and bedding if needed. The management company was very responsive before and during the rental. We only had a couple of small issues which were resolved quickly.

The entire process was easy. The rental agency was very communicative and there were no surprises!

The home is stunning and we were there with my parents, 3 adult sons and spouses for one son's wedding, down the street. Plenty of space for cooking and visiting, and great bedrooms for when you need space to yourself. We hope to return here someday as every one of us loved the house and the ease of arrival.

My family and I stayed at the Gray Bear Estate to welcome the New Year. While we lost 2 days because of the post-snowstorm road closures, we were delighted to have this home away from home as soon as we arrived. The home had a nice open floor plan on the main floor that allowed for everyone to be together even if some were cooking, another watching TV and/or others seated at dining. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space even though (overtime because) it was buried under a few feet of snow. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. We also appreciated having 2 sets of washer and dryers. Kitchen had basically everything we needed and it was so convenient to have grocery stores only 10 mins away in both directions. The driveway was a little difficult to navigate having 2 large SUVs and it took some time for us to figure out which light switch controlled what. At the end of the day, we would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This house was amazing and we enjoyed our time there. The only complaint that we have is that the house could of been cleaned better, the balcony was dirty and there were tons of spider webs throughout the house. We would stay here again.

This home is lovely. It's one back from the lake so you are VERY close to the water. The kitchen is terrific, and the beds all comfortable. The huge outside deck was a big plus too. What made this an especially easy and pleasant experience was the very wonderful customer service. All questions cheerfully answered, always able to reach.

Very comfortable house with plenty of room and facilities. It would be great to have access to the golf simulator. This is a definite repeat visit for our family!

BBQ needs to me replaced, staff are great and quick to respond !

Kitchen is a chefs dream! Upper deck is huge with multiple seating areas and an outdoor grill under a roof! Dining room and living room very open to the kitchen. Separate bar area with another patio downstairs. Rooms separate from entertaining area. Bathrooms galore! Beds super comfortable. Only downside is no A/C for summer visits, and cobwebs were everywhere. Location was great too, just a block away from beach access!

This house had everything we needed and more. Loved the bunk bed room. We had 5 children and they loved the room. 4 MBRs what more can you say. The kitchen and the porch were amazing.

We really enjoyed this property - it was beautifully appointed and we enjoyed the deck. We were able to access the beach but we did miss not having access to a dock so we could sit out on the lake (the beach is very rocky). I appreciated how responsive the Tahoe Properties management company was to our questions.

Awesome house!

The house was really spacious, with lots of different areas to hang out. Our group of 12 felt very comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen was large, multiple people can cook at the same time and great that there are multiple dishwashers.

We came for a ski weekend. Great house loved it. Would stay here again.

Very nice property. Enjoyed our stay and time on the balcony. There are a few small things that could be improved. Could have more accurate instructions for garage door key pad and living room fireplace. Found the towels in the clothes washer. Still a great property.

This house was everything we could have hoped for! It was perfect for our large group and we had the best time. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone with a full bath in each bedroom. Plus the amenities such as the golf simulator and hot tub were a huge bonus. The kitchen was amazing and we were able to cook multiple meals with ease. Not to mention the place was spotless and everything worked properly. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Very nice property with lots of room. Kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a lot of people. Beds, bedrooms and baths are very nice. Large deck with plenty of seating. Lake is right across the street and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our time!

We stayed at the Gray Bear Estate with our whole family to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. It was one of our best vacations as a whole family! The home is cozy yet spacious enough that everyone had enough space to spread out. Amenities were on point, everything you need was there and more! My children kept saying “Mom can we please book this cabin every year?” We are sad to leave today but already looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was amazing! We had a great time and look forward to coming back again.

Good size house for a large family gathering. The deck really makes it enjoyable for family with kids/grandkids since there is no yard with grassy area. Beautiful surroundings.

Great place for 2 or 3 family's. Plan some great meals to cook together. Amazing kitchen, amazing cabin. Only negative is we couldn't find a way to walk to the beach but I could be wrong. It looked like private property along the water.
