BBQis missing

4 bedrooms and spacious living area

The house was not particularly clean , and needs renovating / painting , etc . The windows were filthy and there was a smell in the kitchen ... this property is over priced and poor value !

Spacious lounge and complete kitchen facilities. We could have wanted to stay another day. Good straight forward instructions upon check in and check out.

Shower head keeps falling down, curtains at the lounge cannot close. No toilet holder. Very minimal.

Beautiful home from the outside (only). The house was spacious. There was a washing machine and dryer.

Three Co workers shared this house while on a course. 1. The house was not clean. The tiled floors slippery (which resulted in one of us slipping and breaking the toilet roll holder). Kitchen was not clean. In sinkerator was really really smelly. The garage was not useable due to the owners own hand made washing line across the garage with all the sheets and towels etc hanging. It made for a really musty smelling garage. The property was “smoke free” yet it stunk of smoke. One of the lounge chairs wouldn’t retract the legs so we had to climb off the chair to put in the extended leg. The bed I had was like a rock. (super uncomfortable). There were holes in the blinds, the curtain hooks were broken in the lounge. Just not maintained. Very dark. No working light in the hallway. Quite sad really as it’s a beautiful home from the outside. 2. The house was dirty shower toilet not very clean, the house smelled of smoke just needed a good clean 3.The House was smelly, It smelt of Cigarettes all through the house. The Toilet and Bathroom floors were very slippery. I slipped up in the toilet and broke the Toilet Paper holder while landing on my back side.There was also washing in the shed that smelt very bad.

The house, the way the property was maintained The utensils were provided A good attention to details is given for guests comfort especially for babies, with the cradle, toys and many more things.

Nice... easy to go on any restaurant.. is just 5 to 10 mins drive from the house. And it's near on skyline, 3d trick arc gallery, redwoods and etc.

Need a insects spray.. because there's a cockcroch on kitchen.

One of the best holidays homes we've stayed in, roomy house, nice and warm (it was mid winter), comfy beds, good location and super quiet (no road noise). The kids were a little disappointed the fire place was out of action, but the heat pump and bedroom heaters kept the house nice and toasty.

Dining chairs were uncomfortable and shower in master bathroom had little pressure and not hot enough

The location was great. The house was lovely but as we were not use to sleeping on slate beds, we slept in the lounge on the last night there.

The hot water was not good, pre-heating the shower only for semi warm water wasn't a good start to our day. So lack of hot water and sleeping in the lounge were the only down points.

missing a couple of essential items (hand soap in some bathrooms, chopping board). minor things that we easily managed without however just a polite recommendation to have.

Usable BBQ was not there. BBQ was mentioned in the facilities. Contacted the property people and they said wrong information in booking.com. Actually we brought marinated meat to cook in BBQ. It was disappointing

Very poor outdoor area off lounge needs to be cleaned up, and no outdoor furniture was disappointing . Alarm in garage beeped continuously need to be addressed

Ample space, location is okay and is close to Skyline,

Beddings in the master bedroom didn't smell fresh. Noticeable hairs in the two showers.

We loved where it's located and also the quietness of the street the house was really clean. We especially loved the inside shoes that were provided

We did have a few problems with a couple chairs having loose screws and the pillows in 1 room smelt like B.O

Tidy clean home. Very central for our travels. Lots of useful cutlery and utensils.

On arrival. I had to take the clean towels and linen off the clothes line and horse inside the garage and fold and put them away.
