Staff are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. A la carte breakfast was amazing, such good value for money.

The pool is a little disappointing, not inkeeping with the style of the rest of the hotel. Sufficient and serves a purpose, but could be better.

First of all it showed in my bank statement that the hotel took the amount from me twice..and I still did not get an explanation from them about that nor my money back. The staff (Stanley) could have at least smiled or spoke nicely. The pillows are hard and too puffy there is no selection of pillows hense the sleeping experience was not good and woke up with a heavy head.. No soft pillows. Room service closes at 10pm.. What if someone is hungry later than 10pm?

The rooms didn't have chilled water supply in showers or taps which was important to have as the stay was during peak summer time and one would need a cold shower after coming from hot weather. This was reported to reception

In all the rooms which I took there was no chilled water supply in showers or taps as compared with other hotels which was the need of the hour as I stayed during summer time where outside temperatures were between 45-49 degree centies and one would need a cold shower after coming from outside. This was reported to reception as well Also one of the room had water spillage in bathroom which was repaired after about an hour waiting
