Very good location at the heart of Zakopane. Close to a bus stop for transport to all hiking locations. Room was comfortable (though the beds could be better, see below) and clean. As advertised. The breakfast (included in the room price) was really good. Staff was friendly.

In warmer days it gets very hot in the room that we stayed in (the triple room), because the room is situated largely under the slanter roof. If you are with three persons, keep in mind that the third will sleep in a small room upstairs (though no door in between). That small room is a sauna in warmer weather. Would not recommend to go with three people in the warmer months. The mattresses should maybe be replaced. You can feel every spring quite sharply. It was not really comfortable to sleep on. Staff largely doesn't speak English but since we are a guest in Poland, we should not expect them to. However, maybe it is a good tip for them to use a translation app a bit more often. For example (but not the only occurence): I sent them a message informing them that we had some delays in our journey and asked them if it would be a problem to arrive a bit after 18:00 (latest check-in time according to Booking). They just responded with "thank you for the information", which seemed to be so limited because of the language difference. I think they should try to write something in Polish so either we can translate or they can translate it before sending. Of course, in the end everything worked out and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, short walk to centre of town and numerous bars, restaurants and shops on doorstep.

Mattress had seen better days, didn’t offer any support. Walls weren’t very insulated as could hear everything people in neighbouring room did and said.

Cała nasza rodzina jest zadowolona z pobytu. Mieliśmy dwupoziomowy pokój, bardzo fajna opcja z dzieckiem. Pokój przestronny, wszędzie czysto . Bardzo pyszne i smaczne śniadania, szwedzki stół bardzo duży wybór. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko Krupówek (5 minut), a od dworca PKP 20 minut na pieszo. Personel miły i pomocny. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Wszystko nam się podobało.
