Loved this property and unit. We had an excellent ocean view

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and with Private Residencies. Good communication and answered all my questions. One thing I would say is that the carpet does look a little worn but this was a small thing.

The place is great!!! EXCEPT!!!!! for the grounds crew using leaf blowers and/or trimmers every morning at 6:30am outside the patio window…. If not for this, it would have been perfect; however waking up every morning to that…. Not Great!!!

Went to Miami to Renew Wedding Vows on beach. Bad storm came day of wedding (NICOLE) so my husband and I had to have ceremony in condo. It was just us and the Official. Because of this Beautiful Condo the experience was more intimate than it would have been on beach. We loved the condo and all the perks. The Owners were very nice and accessible when needed. We loved EVERYTHING!!!

We have stayed at several other Residences at the Fontainebleau, but this was our favorite. Delay upon arrival getting into our room, but the owner made up for it on the back end by granting the request to the hotel for a later checkout time. Communication was timely and the entire process was very simple. Will definitely stay here again!

I am extremely disappointed at my recent stay at the Fountainbleu Hotel. We had already unpacked when we noticed cracked and loose tiles in the guest bathroom and the shower head was leaking. Although we were offered a different room, (which was not renovated), because we had already unpacked, we chose to stay in the same room. We called the front desk many times and nobody came. We wasted our whole first day waiting for someone to come to our room. The next day, we saw that we had absolutely no service. We could not make any phone calls and nobody could call us. The person we spoke to just kept telling us that nobody has ever complained about this before instead of coming to check out the problem. This is an insult to us because we know when we don't have service and when we do. All in all it was a very disappointing stay and I won't be returning.

Amazing beachfront/oceanfront views from a large balcony. Comfortable bed; spacious condo for my wife and I. The check-in in Tresor Tower (which is where you check in for this unit in Sorrento) was smooth and easy (important when you arrive to immediately get directions for the check-in desk in Tresor -- do NOT go to the regular check-in desk for the Fountaine Bleau).. Excellent host who responded quickly to questions/inquiries.

Suite is very nice. Just remember that it is not booked thru the hotel. So if you any issues it take a little longer to be addressed. But everything was eventually taken care of. I definitely enjoyed my stay

I’ve been coming here for years but this is the last time I’m coming to this property Everything is tired. The staff doesn’t care any more. I understand we are in COVID but the hotel should at least keep a standard. My room was dirty. I couldn’t get house cleaning if I begged. Half the appliances didn’t work. There was dirt and dust everywhere. The rug looked like crap. I’ve never spent St Regis prices for Motel 6 prices. If you have options stay at other hotels!

My wife, 5yo and 1 yo had an amazing time at this apartment. The view was beautiful and the apartment was completed to a very high spec and very clean. Would definitely come back again.
