We were staying for a basketball tournament. Our players had their own beds, the house was very clean comfortable. The pool was perfect for them.

Tv in master didn’t work. Steps in the pool extreme hazard. Remotely turned our AC off. Broken wood on the deck with many broken or missing pieces of wood. Screws sticking up an inch on the deck. One of my guys cut his foot open.

The house was comfy and relaxing. Everybody enjoyed the stay. It was easy to to locate. Plenty of room for everyone Would recommend for other friends or family. Would rebook anytime.

Good distribution of space. We enjoyed a pleasant family stay. There was only one TV, we couldn't set it up, but everything was fine.

I spent the duration of our trip emailing & speaking with VRBO support whom were pleasant and understanding of the despair we were in. A quick overview, pay attention to what you see in the photos & remember normal wear from the time of the pictures to when you are in the home. This rental is ideal for a large family with kids to stay together. This isn’t an IG-photo worthy home. I won't bore you with the high volume of emails regarding your guest, cars, and visitors. Fast-Forward to day of arrival, we were granted early arrival (1 hour early) after the cleaning crew finished only to find a plethora of cleaning issues, primarily the jacuzzi being unsanitary. The filters were clogged, almonds and beer can tops lined the bottom of the tub. The pool area has its fair share of wear and tear also. Please be aware of this as you use these items. On top of the cleaning issues, the home was extremely hot at the time we entered, which should have been shortly after the scheduled cleaning. Only to find the A/C unit had failed. For the sake of brevity, three technicians and a hot night’s rest later the A/C was fixed 24 hours after check-in. The icing on this situation comes with the fact that I was notified at 6am on the day of our departure that a pool person would be on site to resolve the Jacuzzi issue. Which, obviously, was of not benefit to us. As mentioned earlier, the VRBO support team were able to rectify the situation and compensate us for our frustrating getaway.
