It was awesome, peaceful, and quiet. It was spotless, the apartment was comfy and cozy, I would love to come back here! The owner was amiable and helpful. 10/10

Wifi was not great, would be nice if ironing facilities were in every apartment

The property is in a very quiet place.

The comunication with the ower was very bad.

Situated at the edge of Tatra National Park, beautiful walks just around the corner.

The door/ window of one of the bedrooms (alongside the entrance to the building) was totally broken and anybody could just get access to the apartment. The owner provided us with a new apartment of lesser value, that we had to leave again the next day (she first said we could stay the whole time), to enter an apartment in the same building as the first, with again a broken door/window.

The problems started at the very beginning. There were four of us (two couples) and when I was looking for an apartment I needed 2 bedrooms (two bedrooms, which are not intercepting) but in fact we got 1 bedroom with door, and other one was without it, and was located in the entrance to other bedroom. So instead of getting 2 separate bedrooms we got 1 separate bedroom and one walk-through room. When we arrived I got a message from the host, that our apartment number is 3, when we entered the building and went on our floor, the apartment number 3 was closed. I called the host and told her, that the apartment is closed, and that I see the keys in the lock in apartment number 4. She advised to enter that apartment, because 3 and 4 apartment are identical, which in fact is not true. So the host just left keys in both apartments, we arrived a bit late (around 21:00) and thus we got a different apartment, because, as I think at least, the guests, which took 3 apartment, just check both apartments, because the keys were inserted, then found out that one apartment is better than other, and took our place. It is hard to confuse 3 and 4, I think. Then we checked the bathroom and it was terrible - the bathroom drain was full of something and the water wasn’t draining, instead we had whole bathroom floor in the water - even more - some water was running to the hall. The WiFi was not working at all, in fact the router wasn’t, but when next day we got different router the internet speed is like a joke, lower than 1 Mb/s. I called host and next day her husband came and fixed the bathroom drain and replaced router(speed left the same)

The location - the property is close to one of the main attractions in and around Zakopane - the glacial lake Morskie Oko. The setup of the property - it is modern and absolutely new.

The contact with the owner - they never answered our requests via Booking mail, nor initiated the contact. We were able to contact them via SMS through the provided phone number. It seems, they don't speak English, we should squeeze all the required information from them (entrance code, room number, where we should leave the key etc.). Their answers back (even via SMS) took at least an hour. I think it is a shame not to be able to speak at least a few words in English, one should either learn the language or put the person speaking it to answer questions. In today's world it is the standard. Also the standard is to send all the information to the guests prior to their arrival, this was the only property in our long journey that didn't bother to do this. The WIFI connection - it was very slow, especially evenings. I believe they have only one router for the entire guesthouse, this is definitely not enough. The pillows are not convinient in our opinion, but this is a minor point.
