This rental was absolutely perfect for our large group of 15. Countless cookware and dishes alongside two dishwashers made cooking for a large group a breeze. The hot tub, wood fireplaces, and a cozy conversation ‘pit’ were the highlights. We would happily stay here again!

This is how a VRBO host should operate. Small things like having ziplock bags seem minor, but makes complete sense to have. House was stocked enough to cook for 14 people and plenty of firewood to sit around a fire after skiing. Great host and the house allowed for kids and adults to have fun in separate areas of the house without interruptions from either group.

This house was great for our group of 16. Plenty of space for everyone with multiple living spaces. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen and even had zip-lock baggies! We had an amazing weekend with friends and location couldn't be better! Stacy is an amazing host and her communication is top-notch! Will definitely remember this house when we have big groups. Fantastic home for those who have a group of 12 or more. We had five different groups coming together for skiing in the area and the home was perfect! The large dining area and living area was great for hanging out in the morning before we took off for the day. In the evening, the three separate living areas were great for those who wanted to do different things. Hot tub was also great for the post-ski recovery time. Host was very nice and communication was great. Everything was great! We will be back again!

Stacy was very communicative and helpful. The check in process was a breeze and checkout was even easier. The house is huge with plenty of space, with 12 adults and 3 kids it didn’t feel crowded, there is always somewhere in the house that is quiet. The hot tub is huge and works great. The house itself is very well put together with spa towels placed by the door and plenty of blankets and firewood. We spent thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time. Will definitely use again!

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend staying at this property. It is seriously a few steps from the river with a beautiful walking trail. Really well stocked and nice touches. Stacy was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Large and secluded property, plenty of room for infants to adults.

The house was a perfect setting to host a family reunion from Scotland, Florida and Dallas. We enjoyed big home cooked dinners round the large table that easily seated 10. The kitchens were well equiped and there were different chill out spaces. Stacy was on hand to answer any questions big or small. Keystone had lots to offer for all ages. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room for kids and their friends, with great surroundings next to the River. Easy access to Summit county trails and towns etc. Will definitely be back.

House was amazing. Slept 6 couples comfortably. Views were spectacular. Awesome living room was great for gathering. Stacy was great and made sure our stay was perfect.

We had a lovely time at Stacy’s home. She was a very gracious, hospitable host. The house needs a few minor repairs to small things like door handles, but nothing significant that hindered our enjoyment of the property. There are strict rules about cleaning the house and cleaning up after your pets, but we didn’t really mind. There are wonderful heaters in all the bathrooms. The master whirlpool tub was one of the nicest we’ve ever experienced. The memory foam beds were rather firm but very comfortable. The kitchen had a Ninja smoothie maker. The furnishings were not brand new or top of the line, but very comfortable and quite sufficient for a nice vacation. We had a really good time and the kids loved the hot tub and foosball table. I was thrilled that we could bring both of our dogs and stay in such a great place. We took the shuttle to the ski resort every day, and it was very convenient and gave everyone in our group the freedom to come and go easily.

We stayed with a large group at the property and had a great time! The space perfectly fit our large group and was in close proximity to all the winter activities we wanted. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive - would recommend for your stay in the Rocky Mountains!

We had a ski family gathering at the house. Lots of rooms, two kitchens, and a great location. Tons of snow. Host was very responsive. I would go back!

We absolutely LOVED the stay! Our daughter got married at Saphire lookout. The house was 10 minutes away. Location is perfect to enjoy Breckenridge and Keystone. The house had a wonderful living room and dining area perfect for entertaining 25. We brought our infant grandson and our host surprised us with a pack & play so we didnt have to bring one. Plenty of room for 12, had an empty bedroom. I just can’t say enough about how perfect this house was. We will be back!!!

This place was perfect for our large family! We had four couples who each had their own room and then the bunk bed room was perfect for many children. It’s a quick walk to the shuttle to the ski lifts! Also the hot tub was so nice to sit outside while it was snowing. We could see so many stars and the scenery was wonderful.

Stacy’s house is a great place to stay if you’re coming with a big group. Even with 12 people the house was very accommodating and didn’t feel cramped at all. The living room area is very cozy and the massive dining room table gave us plenty of room to dine and play board games all together. Stacy was an amazing host, very helpful from check-in to check- out. Would definitely stay again!

I was looking for a place that could accommodate 3-4 families or couples and was ecstatic to find this property. Even better, up to 2 dogs were permitted. The house had everything you could possibly need and more. But probably the best part of the entire experience is Stacey. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. She stayed in touch to make sure we had all our questions answered and was extremely accommodating. 5-star experience all around. My group of friends and I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!

I called Stacy upon arrival to let her know that this was honestly the most well-equipped rental we have ever used. I rent regularly on VRBO and though you always want to feel at home, sometimes things are just missing. That was not the case with this house. Everything we needed was provided. Stacy was available to answer questions and was so very helpful in helping us navigate our way in Keystone. I can't wait to stay at this property again and I would recommend it to anyone!!

We had a multi-generational family group and has a great stay. The house was clean, well-maintained and on a quiet street. The location was close to the mountain and other winter activities that we enjoyed. A great vacation spot!

Perfect for large group or family. Three levels allows privacy while large dining and living area accommodates everyone. Our group of fourteen was very comfortable and ranged in age from 9 to 70. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. Our stay was absolutely beautiful! It was a quintessential mountain retreat with plenty of space, charm, and things to do. Our family members took a daily walk along the Snake River that was in our backyard, an afternoon dip in the hot tub, and an evening by a wood burning fire while playing games. Between the walk, dip, and cozy fire, we went skiing, sledding, and enjoyed massages at the spa. Every window was a spectacular mountain view. Stacy made sure our stay was absolutely perfect and it was. Thank you for a great time!

My 3 children, spouses and Grandchildren stayed at this lovely property. It was very clean, and in a beautiful location. We had everything we needed. We took walks by the Snake river, sat in the hot tub under the stars, ate meals at a huge family table, and drove easily into Keystone and Breckenridge. It was a lovely and much needed getaway for my family!

We had a multi-generational family gathering. The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for all to enjoy. Hot tub and fire pit for s'mores was a big hit. Location is great. Plenty of nearby activities. Planning to do it again.

House location was fantastic for a summer time stay. Very little travel time to get to many of the families attractions to be visited, great trails and beautiful Snake river sounds puts you to sleep each night. Very spacious with beautiful views! Hot tub and Hammock were a bonus. Great place!

We were 12 p at Staceys house and it was fantastic! The running river in back was a treat along w the path - we could walk our dogs and the views were breathtaking! Perfect house for us - foosball table was a real hit. Beds were comfy and location was quiet. Stacey was a terrific host, always available to answer questions. We will try to return again, if not w family, maybe just a Girls Getaway!

Our stay was amazing! Everything was perfect from the size of this house to the helpful communication with the host. We had a family of 14, ages 14 years and up. We would rent this home again without hesitation.
