I had a wonderful six weeks working remotely in the 'jailhouse.' It was a perfect place for the change of scenery I was looking for. Loved the large deck! The unit had everything I needed to work remotely and enjoy Snohomish and the outdoor life that WA State has to offer. I spent many long summer nights on the deck reading after the workday ended. Linda was amazing and always immediately responsive. Sorry I never got a chance to meet her. It is a lovely unit with every detail considered. Comfy bed, fast WiFi and a very workable kitchen AND a washer and dryer. The highlight for me was truly the private deck and warm summer nights. It would be a great weekend getaway for a couple, as well. And, it is right where the action is--great restaurants and shops. Friendly people everywhere. I might be back next summer!

We booked this little gem of an apartment for my parents to stay while visiting Snohomish. It was a cute little place perfect for the two of them. The patio overlooking the river is lovely. They said it was comfortable, clean and cute. They appreciated the clear communication from the owner. Their only complaint was the footsteps on their ceiling from the upstairs hair salon at 8 AM. Since the apartment is in the downtown business area, it’s understandable that there is some noise from business traffic.

The rental is top notch. Five stars all around. We rented again for fall.

Check in simple, great communication with host, lots of shops and restaurants to walk to, nice deck overlooking the river. Will stay here again.

This is a jewel of a place to stay in the Snowhomish area. My husband and I spent a week here and we were very happy! The apartment was much larger than we anticipated and the outside deck was very large. The location was wonderful with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything we could need to make our stay pleasant was there along with a starting stock of all the necessities. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Booked this property because of location unaware of historical significance… Gorgeous little bungalow, clean, great location, privacy… All you could ask for in a home away from home

We loved this cozy place, the deck is amazing with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture , the apartment has everything you could need . The town has so many fun restaurants and wine bars and places to walk. We would definitely stay here again., exceeded our expectations!!!

Great location cute little place! Old building…. But I personally love the charm! Only thing that was a bummer… Friday nite noise from wine bar/restaurant upstairs, otherwise it was great.

The apartment is perfectly located in downtown Snohomish, a short walk from shops, bakery, BBQ, and the Centennial Trail. Cozy and quiet, with nice new kitchen and bath, and a GREAT rear deck overlooking the river. Happy hour any time!

The apartment is in a historic and charming building. It is petite but with a fully functional kitchen beautiful bath a laundry room and lovely bedroom and gorgeous riverside patio. The place is steps away from everything in snohomish. It is immaculately clean I loved my stay and ill try to get this place again when i go back to snohomish

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at Linda's appartment! It's absolutely adorable and it's perfectly located in the heart of downtown Snohomish. Linda even had a beautiful bouquet of roses and chocolates waiting for us - so thoughtful! We had a great time exploring all the local shops - I even found some great vinyl records to bring home to add to my collection. We ventured over Whidbey Island multiple times and explored some of the beautiful scenery they had to offer. We loved being able to come back to such warm and inviting place each night. Not to mention the beautiful back patio that was perfect for relaxing and sipping some wine. Overall, we had a great trip and staying at Linda's apartment was just the icing on the cake. I would most definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you're looking for a place in or around Snohomish.

We enjoyed a brief getaway to Snohomish and found this location to be perfect! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location was walking distance to many shops, places to eat, and activities.

Perfect size for one person for a month! The host provided so much from natural toiletries, kitchen equipment, water filter and spices, and laundry supplies to a bottle of wine and vase of flowers. She was very attentive to my needs with immediate responses. Snohomish is a cute little town with lots of interesting shops as well as any services you might need. And Uber/Lyft are easy to use when you need to go further afield. I'll definitely stay here again!
