We've stayed a couple of times when we have had work in the area. Very comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, nice lounge/dining area with tea/coffee/biscuits available to help yourself. Good location on the Greenway for a morning or evening walk or run and not too far to walk into town for restaurants etc. Will stay again.

Paula and Adrian were so friendly and their home is really beautiful, breakfast was amazing too.

The place is spotless clean and all are of high standard. Dining room is bright , spacious with fridge and microwave. Because it is off the road, it is extremely quiet for a good night sleep. I travelled by bus and chose this place for its relative closeness to bus station, the hostess was extremely kind and offered me a lift to the bus station on my departure. The ulster canal greenway is going right in front of the house.

Everything was perfect, Host was wonderful and really lovely. I was at the Hilgrove for a wedding and it’s literally next door for a fraction of the price.

Everything, open and honest. Friendly owners attended to us, tranquility. We were given advise on things happening around. Note check-in time is 14:00 and check out time is 11:30.

Good clean spacious room. Loved the shower size and evidence of covid measures in place. Really like the wee dining room to make tea etc. The bed was comfy and room warm. TV had loads of channels. Breakfast was lovely...you'll certainly not go hungry. Paula very friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this accommodation.

Breakfast was good..husband of owner was very pleasant..close to town
Price was much higher then when I booked..was charged 90 euro instead of 54..was told I must have booked for a single person in a double room..however I had confirmation from booking.com before my arrival that the room was for two people with breakfast and 54 euro was correct.. also hist greeted us in bare feet and was not very friendly...
