Property was very clean and very big in size. Had all good facilities within and was in a perfect location with only a 5 min walk to the beach. Miguel was very helpful and kind and helped us with storing our luggage on the last day which we are very grateful for.

Great central location, nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, friendly service person, convinient in every way, shop on the corner, a balcony (even if not so big, we could fit 3 for meals). Great kulinaric restaurant (El Gusto) in the ground floor. Quiet building.

Not dislike: but be aware of traffic noise in main bedroom (NOTHING in the 2 others), plus had some problems with the door lock to apartment.

Closeness to Alicante beach was amazing; large apartment with those little extra touches that add highlights to your vacation experience - the view from the master bedroom, the nice balcony to enjoy a glass of cava in the evening, the well equipped kitchen and Nespresso capsules coffee machine. Strong and quiet AC. Complimentary beers were waiting for us in the fridge at checkin. The owner went out of his way to accommodate storing our luggage on our day of departure.

Can’t fault this property in any way.

Very good and clean apartaments. Very helptful host, helps with every problems and gives advice.

Excellent host, always attending our whatsapps. We were in contact because we did not know when we would arrive. He was there when we finally did arrive. Very large property and pictures are true to reality. It has everything you need. Very close to beach, marina and restaurants. Host let us place our baggage in another apartment until our departure on the day. Everything went according to plan.

The location couldn't be better, it was right across the street to the Postiguet beach, very close to the esplanade, Alicante port, Carrefour Market, restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfy, the host was very kind and gave us a few valuable tips about where to eat and what to visit.

The apartment has only side sea view from the balcony and one of the bedrooms, it was oriented toward another building. not really an issue for us but the title can be misguiding for someone looking for mornings with a view.

Bit difficult to get the keys and the main key didn’t work so we were afraid of being locked out !

You couldn't ask for a better location as it is situated right between the marina and the beach. Excellent communication from the host.

Location is absolutly perfect for accessing the marina and city centre on foot, close to everything but very little noise Big appartment...there were six adults but we never felt crowded Light and airy appartment with quality fittings

parking is a 5 minute walk away but thats the price for being in the city centre

top location and top flat, just by the beach..100% recommended, everything perfect!

Location is perfect! The apartment was clean. The WiFi was great (as we needed it for work). The host was great, friendly and easily reachable.

superb location beside the beach / tapas bars /shopping and town. we walked everywhere and had a Brillant few days in Alicante : the host Miguel couldn’t have been nicer to us and sorted a taxi for us to the airport and met us on arrival . we will be back -: can’t fault it at all .

Excellent location, close to the beach while still in the heart of the city, best of both worlds. The host was excellent, great communication. Organised our taxi for our trip home as we needed to leave at 5am. He couldn't do enough for us.

This apartment made our Trip to Alicante very memorable! Clean apartment with prime location. Beach is just few steps away and castle is very nearby! Everything was above expectations. Host was easily reachable and well responsive.
