It was very good for family stay. Facility of the microwave inside the room was a great addition. It looked like home away from home.

It was a bit far from Nishioji Station. So difficult to reach with family. They do not provide shaving kits which generally are provided at all hotels.

No available parking, I sent an email requesting parking in the morning but didn't get a reply tiil we arrived in the evening. Beds very hard and uncomfortable

my daughter loved the bunk beds! the room is very clean and looks brand new. very spacious for a family of five.

there is no guaranteed parking, it’s first come first served. we just parked on the side so I had to check every now and then to make sure it didn’t get towed. people using the laundry are stuffing more than the capacity so it takes forever to dry, need better instruction maybe?

The bins got full very soon, since there were five of us, and throughout our stay they weren't changed.

The parking slots are very limited, only for 3 cars. The booking rule in booking.com need to be reviewed. We requested 3 adults and 3 children (one child is 4 years old). The booking.com suggested us to take a room with 5 beds. But, when we come with 6 person, the administrator seems to refuse. Furtunately, we captured and save the suggestion by booking.com when we proceed with the booking. After waiting for a while we were allowed to stay.
