Прекрасная, чистая , уютная квартирка, хорошо убрано, чистая постель, многое предусмотрено,видно, что прилагаются все усилия для уюта
Жаль, что в один миг это впечатление уничтожили тараканы, которые появляются после 00.00 в туалете🥴и душевой, к счастью небольшие, хотя в подъезде видели и гигантов😳. Душ в ванной только сверху, но нет сьемного, ручного, что весьма странно.Ролеты на окнах не закреплены снизу, когда работает кондиционер болтаются, если открыть на проветривание происходит тоже самое и при этом громко стучат, что не дает нормально спать.Сверху какой- то долбанутый сосед смотрит очень громко телевизор ,даже было до 3.00…! И чисто по -человечески жаль живой цветок, пальма, которая стоит прямо под кондиционером и непонятно как терпит такой холод каждый раз,кондиционер направлен прямо на нее🤕.Можно было бы и не обращать на это всё сильное внимание, но вот на наличие тараканов - нет, это жуть. В туалет невозможно зайти до утра, с вечера уже ко всему недоверчиво присматриваешься, ищешь тараканов, вместо того, чтобы отдохнуть, потому- что они начинают мерещиться из - за неприязни к ним.И конечно, где и по чему они ползают всю ночь, тоже не известно, соответственно антисанитария ,при такой чистоте в целом(!).Жаль.

Appartamento molto carino e pulito. La posizione è veramente perfetta! A pochi minuti dal centro della città. L’host è stato molto disponibile, abbiamo fatto il check-in alle 10 di sera e ci ha assistito fin quando non siamo arrivati in casa. È stato molto disponibile anche ad accogliere alcune nostre richieste. Super consigliato!!!

The building, the front of the building, needs renovations.
The hosts were inconsiderate when i wanted to extend my stay. At 10 a.m., she was already at the door to push us out.

Ήταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο, λίγο πριν την παλιά πόλη και πηγαίναμε παντού με τα πόδια. Ήταν ανακαινισμένο, πεντακάθαρο, με αρκετές παροχές στην κουζίνα και το μπάνιο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος και διαθέσιμος όποτε τον χρειαστήκαμε. Μας άφησε πολύ καλή εντύπωση!
Το κτίριο είναι πολύ παλιό και, επειδή έχουν κρατήσει την παλιά πόρτα εισόδου και τα παλιά κουφώματα, αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα με την κλειδαριά (κολλούσε και δεν κλείδωνε) και το βράδυ είχε πολλή φασαρία από τον κεντρικό δρόμο, με αποτέλεσμα να δυσκολευόμαστε στον ύπνο (ξυπνούσαμε κάθε λίγο και λιγάκι). Βέβαια, οφείλω να αναφέρω ότι, για το θέμα της κλειδαριάς, έστειλαν αμέσως άνθρωπο να τη φτιάξει.
Ο καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι είναι εξαιρετικά άβολος. Κοιμόμουν κυριολεκτικά πάνω σε ένα κομμάτι ξύλου που εξείχε.
Η κουζίνα έχει εστίες γκαζιού, χωρίς να διατίθεται αναπτήρας στο χώρο, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να λειτουργήσουμε την κουζίνα.

Spacious and well equipped. Great location behind University square. Nice balcony with a good city view. The perfect place to stay in Bucharest.

I liked the apartment (location, interior) and everything about my stay here.
I did not like that I was not given a discount for the last day of my stay. I left 7 hours earlier than the scheduled time and paid the full cost of the day. + I asked to call me a taxi to the airport and the girl forgot to do it.
There were problems with the taxi. I am a tourist and I don't have internet in Romania. The house is long. I order a taxi at the address and the taxi driver stops at the other end of the building. In the rainy weather, the taxi driver and I did not find each other, it was not pleasant.
Fortunately, there are taxis across the street from the house and I was able to get to the place I needed

Appartment centrally located, quite large and very clean. The kitchen was completely equipped with all appliances. Internet connection was very good. Everything you need is there.
1. Photos on how to reach the property were somehow outdated and thus confusing.
2. We felt quite strange that the bathroom was between the living room and the bedroom (not a separate space), which means once somebody was in the toilet, there was no way to go from the living room to the bedroom and vice-versa.
3. Payment is only in cash (romanian lei).

The place is right on the main street of Buchuresti. Very central, you can walk every important place. Apartment was very clean and every item was tought in detail (Coffee, tea, filter Coffee machine, toilet paper, shampoo, soap etc)
Costi was very helpful and introduced us the apartment.
Only negative thing for me is the noise of cars in the evening.(main street) But since we were very tired of walking whole day, I could sleep well. Bad was very comfy.

Great location on the bus route from the airport and an easy walk into the old town. Apartment is comfortable and perfect for a few days in Bucharest. Communication with the operators is good. Excellent wifi.
Bathroom is small and nowhere to hang towels other than using the drying rack in the living room.
