My family and I spent the week between Christmas and new years at this wonderful house. What a surprising gem… well equipped-everything high end and immaculate. We felt very very comfortable there. Michael checked in with me several times to make sure we didn’t need anything and if we had any special requests… we really didn’t need a thing because everything was already in place. The house is located close to State street where we walked to Starbucks every morning and hung out at Joes cafe for several meals. Many thanks to the owner-we will definitely be back and highly recommend this wonderful home!!

We were a group of adults in town for concert at Santa Barbara Bowl. Such a cute place and so well equipped for walking to all the great restaurants and the Funk Zone.

We absolutely loved the ambiance of the Seaglass Bungalow. This house exceeded our expectations!!! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed… from the decor to the Aqua water at each bedside table. We actually didn’t want to leave the house to explore SB 🤣 Michael is the best host… he suggested The Palace restaurant which is walking distance. Our family had the best time! We will definitely stay here again!!!

There are so many “best” things about this home. Michael and Kelly are great hosts and very responsive. Loved the gas grill and side patio. The front porch is great for morning coffee and we spent a lot of time out there. House is completely renovated with a great kitchen. You won’t be disappointed on every aspect. Easily walk to many restaurants and shops.

Our family had a wonderful time in SB. The house in lived up to the photos and descriptions of all the rooms. Each room also had fresh flowers! The Christmas tree added a nice touch to our stay. We really enjoyed the tea and coffee selection and the local wine. Check in and check out were easy and the property location is stellar.

The furniture was intentionally purchased, nothing cheap. The chandelier was an eye catcher and the whole stay over all was a full 5 stars. This place could not have been any better. The house was beautiful just a few blocks from downtown Santa Barbara. We were able to Uber from the airport in less than 20 minutes and were greeted by the most comfortable beds to sleep in. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided great local recommendations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Michael was the perfect host. The home is beautifully renovated and decorated. Something you would expect to see in a designer magazine. Very comfortable with everything you would ever need for your stay. Near to some excellent shops and restaurants but it’s quiet and private. We will return in January.

We (3 generations of family) are thrilled with our experience renting this home to celebrate our daughter's late-pandemic-era graduation from UC Santa Barbara. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained. Furnishings and decor are stately and elegant (reminding me of a Brooklyn brownstone), but also warm and welcoming. Everything, i.e., appliances and smart home technology like Alexa and Nest, looks and feels new and works well. The location cannot be beat. We were just 2 blocks from State Street, so those of us who wanted to stretch our legs, go window shopping or do errands had easy access by foot or car to all that Santa Barbara has to offer, while others of us could sit on the front or back porch in the sun or shade reading all day long. But maybe best of all, since traveling always involves being away from the comforts of home, Michael and Kelly did everything they possibly could to ensure our comfort. They accommodated our request for early check-in, had an iPad set up with ideas for places to eat and things to do, stocked all kitchen and bathroom items and left us numerous celebratory goodies. They were incredibly responsive both before and during our stay, eliminating all travel stress. We would definitely stay in this home again and, if we had the option, would put Michael and Kelly in charge of all future VRBO's we stay at!

One of the best properties we have stayed at in the past 5 years. The house is perfectly positioned re walks to the beach and main street. The side garden is a lovely spot for relaxing, and the house is beautifully decorated. Perhaps what stood out the most though was all the little touches. Flowers on arrival, Valentine's Day package and wonderful finishes throughout. Would recommend without question.
