L’hôtel est très confortable avec un personnel très prévenant. Le petit déjeuner dans une salle à l’extérieure de l’hôtel est très copieux avec un service de qualité. Pas de chance pour l’accessibilité, le soir où nous sommes arrivés il y avait la parade. Toutes les rues étaient fermées. Un petit mot aux clients aurait été le bienvenue. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Tarif fiduciaire parking très abordable 10& par nuit!

The muffin purchased at the coffee shop was frozen and stale. Room was a little noisy from music at clubs below, but not bad.

The location in the River District was outstanding.

For a non-resort property the cost was high.

Easy check-in and beautiful Entrance. Very helpful and nice. The rooftop bar was amazing, and the staff had just the right personality to make you want to stay and spend $$. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The view is amazing!

The water pressure is horrible. Then the towels are yucky, I've used sandpaper for wood projects that was softer than those towels. Complete disappointment. The sheets and the bedding were great. When we got ready to leave, it was a total mess on the public part of the 12th floor. Wine bottles and glasses all over the waiting area for the bar and going to the elevators.
