The room looks exactly as on pictures. It's pretty simple, but yet clean, neat ans spacious. Room has all the amenities needed for daily life. We loved the bed - huge and comfortable. Almost central location, everything is on walking distance, but there are couple of MRTs nearby too. Another huge plus: the hotel has several free office spaces for remote work. The availability is first come-first serve, but during our 3 week stay we never had issues getting them (both me and partner were working and needed 2 separate offices). We saved a lot of money on coworking spaces this way! But if that's not enough - your person room will have a nice chair and table too. Internet is grand, all my google calls which lasted for hours - were smooth Staff is friendly!

The only thing I didn't like (which might be my own personal issue with the item) is shower curtain. For hygiene purposes they need to be washed every 2 weeks, I doubt anyone bothers about it, would prefer glass door instead of curtain

The location could not have been better. Perfectly located close to several MRT stations and bus stops that will get you to all the iconic attractions. The room was extremely quiet and self contained with a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed mattress was rather hard and lumpy with a noticeable division in the middle. The bathroom is a little outdated but completely functional.

Location, staff were very nice. Nice big room size. We had washing machine but no way of really drying clothes, I simple wire clothes rack would have been good. Bed was a little firm but that's a personal preference. Overall was a fantastic place to stay close to lots of shops, good food and MRT circle plus blue lines.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, but that was no issue with 24 hour front desk concierge. Breakfast was great and unexpected. It is served Monday to Friday. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The location being an easy walk to 3 MRT stations was perfect for us being on holiday. The room was exceptionally clean which we appreciated. Having a washing machine was so helpful. The welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk, washing powder etc was appreciated also. There are plenty of shops close by including food and retail. There's also a delicious bakery in the building downstairs. Wi-fi was fast and reliable enabling me to work easily. Easy walk to the delightful Chijmes too which was great for an evening meal. It's a converted church which now offers everything from Michelin Star fine dining to casual eats. We have no hesitation in recommending travellers to stay here as everything was great.

Nothing to complain about

Great location, clean, serviced Mon, Wed, Friday, washing machine, comfortable bed.

Nothing really although would have been nice to have a dryer on the premises for clothes.

The apartment was excellent, very well-equipped, clean, and spacious. The AC system works really nicely and feels natural. Close to many attractions and well connected to buses and subway. The staff is friendly and polite as well. I have nothing but good things to talk about this place, def recommend it! :)

If one thing, I wish I could get breakfast later (or pre-choose my meal and get it at the reception). Until 8:45h am for someone that is not exactly an early bird like me was a bit of a challenge on some days hehe of course, this is just a small detail.

Situated in a great location, only a short distance from everything. Taxis stand across the road, MRT just down the road. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

location is superb, just a short walk to mrt station and bus station, near many shopping malls. love the bread at asanoya that can be accessed directly. things are pretty clean

felt uneasy about the pretty low ceiling, and while we had requested for near rooms after we booked, our 2 rooms (parents with 2 kids) were separated to different floors, we had asked the receptions for some solution (we were staying for 14 nights), she couldn't do anything and asked me to email the person in charge just to get there is no solution due to fully booked condition.

The room was very clean, very conveniently located. The staff was super friendly.

The location is EXCELLENT and the room size was good. The facilities are basic but work well. I'm particular about air conditioning and it worked well throughout except for 1 day when it didn't work overnight (I was too tired to complain and my room was cold enough) but when I woke up in the morning the air con was back on. Kitchen supplies are basic but they suffice. WiFi was good.

They have the laundry drying system in the bathroom where you hang clothes and turn on the air heating - it worked ok as I usually left clothes to dry overnight or when I was out for the day since it takes multiple hours to dry this way. I would have preferred a drying machine; it's not a deal breaker but it would be nice if Wilby mentions this drying detail on the website so people can be aware. The lifts are slow. Housekeeping does not clean deeply - e.g. hair left on floor, bath mat not replaced. It would also be nice if housekeeping washed the dishes but it was made clear during check in that they won't so I won't hold that against them. Do note that the concierge do not deliver food / parcels to your room - you need to collect them from the front desk every time. This was an inconvenience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room and facilities were super and the view fantastic. Due to Covid restrictions we had to collect breakfast every morning and take it back to our room (Carb heavy) and the meeting rooms/offices were closed. However, working in my room was lovely and there was even space to do online work outs as the apartments are spacious. Well equipped little kitchen, microwave and washing machine. The apartments are central and good for getting to meetings or discovering Singapore. The staff were very friendly and added to my general enjoyment of my stay. Recommended!!

Really clean and comfortable beds and pillows, the kitchen and washing machine were well set up and made it easy to be away from home. A quiet location and friendly helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable and organized. Great wifi and the gym was great too.

Slightly larger cups for tea but really that’s all we could think of to suggest!

Great location- quiet street with MRT and bus stops 100m from property, and 2 good food courts nearby. Room was well equipped with kitchen, washing machine, microwave and decent sized fridge. Everything we needed for a weeks stay. Good coffee and snacks in café downstairs.

Smaller studios are a little tight for 2 pax for a week.

7 reasons why I would return to this hotel on my next visit: 1. Amazingly clean. 2. Bed is comfortable. 3. Really appreciate the space and additional amenities (cooker hob & hood, dining utensils, washing machine, etc) which makes the stay even better. 4. Staff is friendly and helpful. 5. Gym is small and but well equipped, just what I needed. 6. Located right in the middle of everything. i.e. easy access to MRT, food places, supermarket, town centre are all within 5-30mins walk away. 7. Despite them telling me that they will only clean the room 3 times a week (which is something I prefer as well), they still turn up everyday to clean my room.

The only issue I have with this place is the breakfast option. Very limited option and it's a mandatory pack to go (I think due to the pandemic). The amount of plastic used to make this happen is appalling and so bad for the environment so I've opted not to take any of the breakfast offered. I sure find it weird as all other restaurant are allowing eat-in, why can't this option be made available here as well.
