Everything was great. Home was beautiful and clean. The only thing was that the wifi was not working and tv did not work properly. Not sure if the wifi issue was because of the previous hurricane that had happened. But that was the only issue.

We enjoyed the fenced yard for our dog, walking to the beach a few times a day, and the cool gulf breeze on the upstairs deck.

Awesome views off the back deck, you can see the ocean. Quick drive or walk to the beach. House has a great layout, one room has some bunks and another bed, a great place for the kids to hang out in and sleep. No issues with the water there at all, washed clothes (whites) and everything came out clean. The water in the faucets was clean as well and no issues. Beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. Overall a great house and would stay here again!

This home was amazing. My family had a great time. Awesome location. We will stay here again if available.

Good location to the beach, water was horrible (smelled like bad rotten eggs ), grill was covered in mold, ice maker was filthy and growing mold. The mosquitoes were so bad we couldn't even enjoy any of the outdoor space at the house

The house itself was nice and access to the beach was a plus. We loved sitting on the deck with the cool ocean breeze in the evening. The problem with this house is the water system. It has a bad smell and has a yellow and orange color. When we washed clothes in the washing machine, several swimsuits and shirts were discolored and the white towels came out with orange stripes on them. I called the company on the day of our arrival because the bathtubs did not drain. They said a plumber would be sent out and he did come the next day and the tubs drained well after that. Then we were told that the reason the water was so bad was because the chemicals had not been added to the water filtration system. The culligan man came out the next morning and provided the chemicals. He told my husband that it looked like the filter had not been changed for months. It was totally black in color. The water was a little better, after that, but still had a terrible smell. I asked for some compensation or a partial refund for the aggravation and the ruined clothes snd got nothing. Also, we could not go downstairs without spraying lots of bug spray on us because of the mosquitos. I will never rent from this company again.

Love the location and the space. However, the house is in need of deep cleaning. There was poop all over the parking driveway. All the bathrooms were dirty and dusty. Found a clump of hair in the bathroom faucet, yellow stain around the baseboard, toilet has stains all over, etc. The kitchen utensils were dusty, some even had food still on it. Found trash inside of the utensil drawer. There were brown stains on the bunk beds and even found a rock on the dusty steps leading up to the bunk beds. Don’t get me started on the living room. I even have pictures to prove it. These are just a few things I mentioned. I loved the space and the location. There were plenty of room for a family of 10+. Our stay would’ve been more enjoyable if the place was cleaned properly. If I was charged for a cleaning fee, I expect the place to be at least presentable. It was so dirty that I had to clean up the place myself before my family arrived.

Location is great! House was super clean with lots of upgrades and plenty of games for the beach and at the house! Would stay here again 👍👍👍
