Facility manager, Denies (sorry if i didn't get name right) , whom i spoke to on the phone, explained how to retrieve room key after hours even with a photo demonstration where the key box is. After explaining why we need late check out, she allowed maximum time that suits both of us. The immaculate condition of suite 95 definitely passed beyond our expectation. From friendliness of hosts, cleanness of this whole facility and the greens we are seeing all around, this place certain deserve frequent visits and a 4 star rating from us.

Ventilation in the bath room, as hot shower in winter days surely will steam up the room bit, but vents might need to crank the gear up a little bit.

Friendly and safe park for a one night Stopover. Reception, cleaning and maintenance staff were so friendly and helpful.

No toilet in the unit but block was only across the path

Cabin was modern and well air-conditioned and the kitchen was well-stocked. Had everything a small family needed and the staff were really lovely! Grounds were well maintained and the pool was beautiful, sitting right under the hills. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic chalet

We had a 2 bedroom (bunks in second room) cabin and to say we were disappointed was an understatement. Our cabin had the feeling that it might have been used as some type of medical facility. The ground had that horrible green hospital floor and it also smelt of a hospital. It was not cosy and was way overpriced. My sister and her family were staying in a different type of cabin which was much more nicer and not much more than what I paid. Thank goodness we had them there otherwise we would have checked out I recommend this cabin and please if you are seeking a hospital type of experience. If not do not stay here. Will never again stay here.

The booking.com mechanism is not quite clear on the rooms. The 1st room booked had no toilet or bathroom inside. After speaking to staff on site they changed to a nice room with bathroom and shower which was nice
