The place was perfect was the two of us. It had everything we needed. 3 minute walk to the beach!

This property was perfect for our Fri-Sun late planning get-away. We spent a day in Portland and a day at the beach. The apartment was clean and cool and easy walking to beach, general store and Huot’s Restaurant. We would definitely re-book when returning to the area!

Beautiful spot for two! The apartment was quiet, clean, and updated. We really enjoyed the location, and of course the lovely beach. Only suggestion is to add a sentence about beach access on the welcome note - easy to find but it would have been nice to have directions of where to walk!

Melissa and Colin were wonderful, helpful but never intrusive. Premises are clean, high quality linens, beautiful shower and kitchen. Everything was exactly as pictured. You can literally walk to Beaches, or drive within 5 minutes to others, for a change of scenery. Gardens are phenomenal and neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Quiet and wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a dream vacation! The hosts were super nice and accommodating. The property was very clean, quiet, and had everything/anything you could need. You can see the ocean from the driveway, only a few minute walk to a great beach! Will definitely come back.

Place was extremely clean, centrally located for us. Towns of Saco and Biddeford has a bunch of cool brew pubs. Well worth a stay …. We’ll be back when we return to Maine

The garage apartment is a hidden gem! Everything about it is first class! The bed and bedding, the towels, the living room and kitchen, everything is very nice. We felt comfortable and right at home. Melissa is a great host and completely accessible. When we travel, we generally stay in a VRBO and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Not only are the accommodations top notch, you are literally steps from the beach. During a very crowded summer season in Maine, the beach area by the home is nice and quiet. It is only a short drive north or south to take out, restaurants, grocery stores, just about anything one might need. I would highly recommend a stay with Melissa!

Attentive and gracious hosts. Very comfortable and clean apartment, all necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. We came with 2 small dogs and the private patio area was perfect for them. 5 stars all around, we would definitely stay here again!

This is one of those reviews you really don’t want to write, because you’re afraid the secret will get out and you’ll never be able to get to go back. It really is perfect. An amazing use of space and has everything you can imagine. The location is perfect. The only small thing, it might be nice to have a light over or closer to the kitchen table. But we easily made do. We can’t wait to go back!

What a great place. The pics don't do it enough justice! The apartment had everything we could have possibly needed for our 3 night stay. Incredibly clean, very well decorated and a super short walk to the beach. A 10 minute scenic drive to the town center of both Saco and Old Orchard beach. This property is definitely a hidden gem. Great location - little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Old Orchard Beach, but close enough to everything that nothing is a long drive. The rocks at the end of the street were awesome to sit on at night and have a drink and enjoy the water. We didn't walk down to the beach, but it did not look far. The apartment itself is compact, but such amazing use of the space. Full bedroom, full bath, great shower, plenty of room to sit and watch tv and cook a meal. My husband and I did not feel crowded at all. And the decor is wonderful, perfectly done for the space. Comfy bed, air conditioning, just really a wonderful space. And VERY clean! The pictures are accurate. Melissa was great to work with, very easygoing. We had to cut our trip short because there was a hurricane coming back at home, but I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone staying in the area! Thanks again for a great time!
