No service, no change of linens in 6 days, light fell out of ceiling

Nice amenities, rooms are nice

People smoke, loud neighbors after midnight and barking dogs and meowing cats. Had to bang on the wall to quiet load conversation after midnight - no one answered when I called to complain at the front desk. Question: in a hotel that is not even close to capacity, why would I be put next to someone with animals on the 5th floor? I will take my business money elsewhere next time.....😡

The walls are VERY thin. It’s like the place is built of sticks and paper. The hotel is about 50yds from the road way. I heard every single vehicle diving by all night long. It was so loud, like the window was open but it wasn’t. I was awakened 7 times by loud vehicles, people walking the hall, and people talking. The bed was very uncomfortable - lumpy and seemed to be lower at the head. The four pillows provided are the type that flatten completely when you lay your head down. It was a bery uncomfortable and restless night.

The common areas were really cool - they offered great seats and games. The bed was amazing and everything was really clean.

The cleanliness of the hotel and close it was to the place I was attending. Staff was great!

The location was bad because it's right off the freeway. You could hear the traffic while watching tv. I was on the side facing the interstate.

Walls thin could hear man next door snoring thought someone was in my bathroom. No rugs sounds like a good idea until you hear people above walking around. Our room was on highway side noisey loud cars all night. Get a room on back side. Cheap construction. Some mold in shower otherwise clean.

Wonderful

The children on our floor running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night. It was very annoying at night.
