We stayed at this property for 11 nights in July/2023. Pros & cons listed below: Pros: -Owner was very responsive. Communication was via text and Jay responded immediately to any issues we had. -House was very clean. -Nice neighborhood. -Ping pong table was a hit with our two teenage boys. Cons: -Pics are a bit misleading. The kitchen was as advertised, looks like it was renovated nicely, as was the living room. The rest of the house needs an upgrade. Baseboards damaged, poor paint job, toilet paper holder coming off the wall, bathroom ceiling fan falling off the ceiling, master bedroom bathroom cabinet doors are so old and dried out they won't even close, etc, cosmetic stuff. -The ping pong/pool table is a nice touch, but damaged, and in the garage, which has no airflow. Being July, we had to have the side door and main door open due to heat. -Since we had the place for 11 nights, it would have been nice to hear from the owner to see how things were going. No contact except from me when we had some issues. He is responsive, but should be a little more engaged with his renters. I had to call him to let him know we had arrived, since no entry info had been sent. I'm not sure he remembered we were coming. Takeaways: For the amount we spent, I thought the place would have more attention paid to it. I doubt the owners have walked through it in some time. I think it's overpriced, but it was very clean and Jay was willing to correct things quickly.

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. Even has a pack n play for little ones! Good location close to conference centers and Disney. Quiet neighborhood and friendly hosts quick to respond to messages. Would stay here again!

This house is perfect. We used it while visiting Disneyland and enjoyed all the space and comfort. There's some road noise outside but the house is quiet. Great neighborhood and very convenient to nearby attractions. The kids loved the game room and all the TVs. We would definitely stay again!

The property is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The thermostat was hard to figure out but Jay helped us get it to work. The neighborhood is clean and quiet even though there is a freeway right nearby, you don't hear it. The decor is pretty with art on the walls and soft colors. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and yard as well as the game room, which was lots of fun and a big hit. There are stores located conveniently nearby and Disney is less than ten minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much!

House was perfect for our weekend Disneyland trip. House is as advertised. For our family it checked all the boxes.....Clean, comfortable, spacious & good location in a safe neighborhood. It's close to amenities and close drive to Disneyland. Jay and Sara were very easy to communicate with and check-in & out was super easy. Would definitely recommend this property, and would re-book for our next trip to the area.

The property and location is ideal for a trip to Disneyland for traveling families. The neighborhood and local community have everything to offer. The house and amenities offered are top notch. From the kitchen, bedrooms, garage and even the backyard! All have been given the attention to detail that provides a very welcoming and comfortable stay.

The house was very nice. It was in a good neighborhood. The manager was very fast in response to all of our questions and any other concerns. I would stay here again.

The property was just like on the picture it was very clean at the communication will property owner I really enjoy it next time I will have a car it's a ways from Los Angeles I enjoyed my day thank you very much

The pictures of this property that I looked at online were standard of a clean, reasonable, usable space. When our party got there, we unpacked and began our evening. We noticed more than a couple cob webs, the refrigerator barely cooled and the freezer kept things cold. We attempted to enjoy the 2 nights we were there and we did but the stay was underwhelming. I had high hopes because the pictures were reasonable but there was a lazy attempt to cover repair work, enough openings in parts of the kitchen for ants to crawl in (and they did) and unclear checkout instructions. There were almost no cleaning supplies.. there were clean linens and the house was functional, but sadly I would not stay here again and I didn’t not appreciate that the house seemed unattended to. I paid almost 1,100 dollars and regret it.

Everything was as promised. No surprises. The photos are accurate and the location worked well for our group.

The pros about this place is the space. Ample of room for a large group of people. Nice kitchen and garage with pool table, ping pong table, and mini arcade game (street fighter). 15-20 mins away from Disneyland, about 45-1 hour from Universal studios. A lot of places to eat near by. The CONS. Our check in experience. Our check-in was at 4pm. We arrived at 5pm. Key was not in lock- box. A car was parked in the driveway and garage was wide opened. Our family notice a lady ( which was the cleaning person) stuffing Amazon boxes in her car. Sort of strange. What was strange was she was in the house cleaning AFTER our check-in time. What was she doing there at that time you may ask, I don’t know. But according to the owner she was cleaning. The very next night, we arrived back at the property at 11pm from Disneyland. There was a car parked in front on the street. It was the cleaning lady laying in her car. This was REALLY strange. One of our family meme we was afraid to go out because of this. As we walked outside to check who was in the vehicle, the vehicle drove off with their light off. Again very strange. I’ve contacted the owner several times regarding the lady being here around that time, he never responded why she was there. I followed up after our stay but still haven’t heard back from the owner. SO, I would rate this place maybe about a 2 1/2-3 stars. Space was great, but Cleanliness and communication could’ve been better, we do pay a cleaning fee and service charge so I would have expected more.

This rental was absolutely filthy. There was mold in the shower, dirt/dust/debris everywhere, hair in the sheets, random stains and spots on the walls, broken furniture, etc. The owner was responsive to messages, but not helpful at all. This home was not worth It. For the price they charge, you deserve much better. Don't rent here.

This was an amazing getaway trip. This house was beautiful that just needed more attention to the cleaning process but overall it was a Great stay

This home was a great, big house with lots of room for our family. We loved the fruit trees and grass area in the backyard for the kids to play. The neighborhood was private and quiet. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating which was very helpful. We loved our stay!

Jay was very helpful with checking us in. The property is great and clean. If you just wanna get away and just chill and play some ping pong and bbq and grill I would recommend give Jays place a try.
