Wife complained of grit on floor. Person at kiosk was so unfamiliar with motel layout that he couldn't recommend where we should park to unload.

I hate the Kiosk!!! Get rid of that thing!!! It didn’t work properly, you could hear only every other work the person was saying , and the fact that it was someone whose ESL made it much more difficult to understand!!! The lobby and hallways has a reverberating sound that sounds like bathrooms at a water park!!!! To clarify, I hear well and am a nursing professor who must hear well to function in my role. Additionally, during the night my whole family was awakened from sleep by this same reverberating noise in the hall as people checked in late. VERY IMPORTANT: I had to laugh at the irony of this issue too: Motel 6 has spent all this money to provide (the illusion of, really) privacy and security; Kiosk check in requiring the ID of every guest, no folder with room number. Only verbally telling the guest the room number, must use the white blank key to get into the building and, of course, room. However, once the guests are in the room, the window at ground level is wide open and not locked!!! I laughed at the irony!!!! This was worse check-inI have ever experienced at any hotel, ever! I will NOT EVER WANT to stay here again because of the check in process and reverberation noises!

I didn't like the fact that they allowed dogs, and they barked all night, and I couldn't sleep. The wall was so thin that I could hear the neighbor TV sound. And they turn their TV on all night long. I did not sleep well at all. It was just terrible.

Not Clean, No Housekeeping Services, Not Accommodating Guest at all and all you want to refund me is $20. Really! Caused by Credit Card to be locked by charging it too many times for different amounts!

No one to physically talk to. Everything is done on a kiosk. Cannot understand or hear the attendant

I had to stand outside in the cold while they reset the kiosk. The door key would not work the second night. Housekeeping didn't leave any toilet paper, so I had to go back to the office and get more. The walls are very thin. The people above and next to us were very noisy all night.

I liked the vending machine, and the kiosk. The manager seemed nice, and seemed like he wanted to do a lot to turn this place around.

I didn't like how the towels and blankets had stains and hairs in them. The shower has some sort of candle wax spilled on the side. The curtains had stains on it. The countertops had stains on it. Its completely disgusting when you go to use a towel and it has stains on it. The hotel had a very strange smell to it. There was a couple yelling at each other at the top of their lungs one day. The elevator was out of order. I would really like a refund because I was completely disgusted by the stains everywhere. You get two basic and cheap pillows. There's a lot of work to be done in this place.

Had to get new key cards every day. Elevator didn't work. Ice machine only on first floor. Smell of pot every day. Will not return to motel 6 again.

Room was renovated recently it seems. New floors and furniture. Bathroom was very nice as well. Staff was helpful as well.

Elevator is out of order and this is a 3 floor facility. I was on the top floor vut nice view and nobody stomping on the floor above me. Also the pillows were flat. Some 5 dollar pillows from walmart would be a vast improvement.

Location and price worked out for what I needed to do. It had all the essential items which was great and I felt safe. Everything appeared clean and neat.

There were limited towels with nothing to use in showers for drying off, one of the two hand towels had a stain on it being that they were not my personal towels it left a question mark. I understand the use of the kiosk but I'm not a fan of the just feels less personal.

Instead of a real person, front desk for check-in is an automated system with a screen and a camera. The person who answers is visibly in another country and as the sound quality is horrible, it very difficult to communicate. A poor experience ! Also, the air conditionner/heater can't be turned off at night.

They had a remote reception desk with a screen and camera. First I've seen. Hopefully the last. It was difficult to understand and process. No one using it was happy.
