The house was exactly as the listing showed. Plenty of space and very clean throughout. It was very easy to find with a smooth check in process. We were allowed to check in early and the neighborhood was clean and safe.

We took a family trip to St. Louis, 6 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for all to hang out. Location was great, we went to Grant’s farm, the old train station, the arch, city museum, the zoo, and the baseball stadium. Nothing was more than a 20 minute drive. There are 2 parks within walking distance that the dogs and children loved.

This house is in a convenient location, spacious house, room for us all to move around freely. They have a smart room (not the entire house) unfortunately someone prior to us had stole the Alexa. The attached garage made us feel safe with our vehicles. Large kitchen but lacking in supplies, has basic dishes, silverware and pans but not a lot else. We enjoyed our stay

This property and its owners/managers offer a peaceful place to reflect, refocus, and reframe. The motif is splendid. The location is eclectic and a great area to take walks. The only issue, I wish that I booked more days!

Nice, quiet neighborhood with decent view of downtown from top floor balcony. Lots of entertaining space, well decorated. Owner quickly responds and very nice.

Had a blast staying at this place. Super convenient location with short drives to downtown or other parts of St. Louis. Brian made the check in process super easy as well.

Great location for locations like City Museum, Union Station and Busch Stadium. Cool neighborhood, enjoyed running to and through Lafayette Park - beautiful. Had a blast with the pool table and the garage was really handy! We heard zero road noise and the house was clean and comfortable.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 in STL to see a couple of ball games. The location was great for our purposes - a short Uber ride away from many fantastic restaurants, various neighborhoods, DT, and the ballpark. Brian was easy to reach and responded to my few questions quickly. Easy check in and out. Will book again next trip!

We needed to be close to the stadium and convention center and found this location perfect! We loved the short drive that also offered an escape from the bustle. The accommodations were really great. However, there were stains on couch pillows, every window had fingerprints smeared so bad I had to clean them to see outside. The kitchen cabinets were sticky. We had to empty a full dishwasher upon arrival. There were no kitchen towels. However we felt safe, the sheets and towels and floors were clean and it was overall a great experience.

The townhouse is very close to a lot of attractions- 10 mins from the Arch, Cathedrals, City Museum- garage parking is a huge bonus! There was plenty of room for my family and we enjoyed the pool table and the many balconies which even overlooked the city! I didn’t realize how close the property is to the freeway. You will hear this fairly significantly during the night. The owner was very responsive to a drain issue in the master bathroom shower. Overall, great proximity to the city!

We could work on unpacking, but then have a break, sleep over at the VRBO, and repeat the next day. There were some good things: roomy garage, plenty of linens, custom closet space and a big sofa for gathering. The biggest problem was the lack of functionality in the kitchen. Most supplies here were very limited; gadgets were rudimentary. Toast & oatmeal— fine, but we happened to stay over the thanksgiving holiday and making pies took creativity even though we had some of our own gear. The owner was sweet to bring by pots in case we needed more for thanksgiving cooking; however, all the other things made it a challenge. WiFi was bad. Owners did a nice job with designing the house and the neighborhood is regentrifying.

From pictures we thought was going to be great but good property. For example, use of space such as upstairs bedroom layout for 3 adult couples was questionable. Great Master with awesome on suite bath but other two adult couples had small bedrooms and had to share bath. Location was ok, but not best neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay but don't know if it was worth the extra coin.
