There is a caretaker at the property

The internet is non existent in the rooms. It drops and not reliable. It would be good to have a proper net connection.

Beautiful villa really felt like home. The staff were fantastic! Everything was clean and well kept. Having the cats and dogs around made it even more homely .

We had a slight issue with the electricity but this was beyond anyone's control and everyone worked hard to resolve it.

The charm of the old Portuguese style villa! I hope renovations don't destroy the charm of the place ever! Virginia and Victor - the super sweet couple who are the caretakers. Though the property is charming and gorgeous our stay would not have been so amazing if not for these two lovely people

Maybe option for more ( like an extra mattress or so) and maybe some option to cool the living spaces.

We also loved having a kitchen to make our own tea. We loved the lazy village location, the house is beautifully restored and very comfortable, in all it was fantastic 😀

Its a very nice property and the care takers Victor and Victorina. They go out of the way to make you comfortable and treat you as their own guest. The went the extra way to make us comfortable. The pool is great and the property is full of greenery. The villa is filled with artifacts and very well decorated.

The bedrooms doesn't have in-suit Bathrooms. Rest all s perfect

Everything is good. Breakfast was okay. Nice pool and rooms. House was kept clean always. Hosts were nice and welcoming. It was our first time in Goa, and we loved it.

Although we appreciate the host for putting up a new tv, but it wasn’t installed properly and had to be fixed. And, sometimes there would be no hot water. Other than that, We loved it.
