I loved the backyard the best, and isn’t that why you go to AZ! Wonderful amenities! Great size, very comfy beds, and all around great!

Our family rented this house for my son’s graduation from ASU. There were many great things about this house…location, 4 bedrooms with 3 baths, great pool area and large kitchen and living area. The house just needed a few improvements…many of the dining chairs felt very unstable like they might break, the outdoor cushions were very worn and thin, the bbq hadn’t been cleaned from the lasts guests and one of the bathrooms didn’t appear clean upon check-in. These issues could be resolved with better housekeeping and a little maintenance.

We had a group of 12 and all of us could not have been more happy with the space. There was plenty of room for each of us and we utilized every moment we could in the backyard sitting poolside or on the patio. The communication was amazing with Josh and the location of the home was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re hoping for a walk to old town, it’s about 30min. It was close to Walgreens, grocery, dining and hiking. Our bride to be was over the moon and we can’t thank you enough for such a great vacation. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a group getaway and relaxing location.

The house and location were perfect for our Spring training trip. We would book here again!

Our stay at Endless Summer house was very enjoyable. We had plenty of games to keep us entertained. Communication with Josh was very easy. Our only complaint would be that for the money we spent they need to update their kitchen ware and kitchen chairs, other than that it was a great experience.

We loved everything about our stay! We had an all girls trip and everyone loved this house, especially the heated pool. It was amazing at night. It was like a large hot tub!! The only thing we wish there was more body mirrors and more pool towels!

Enjoyed our stay with friends and family for Spring Training. The backyard was fun and we had the pool heated. Sofas had pull out beds but there was no extra bedding so bring your own if you plan on using them. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

Our group was in town to golf and attend the WM Open. Our host Josh was top notch making sure we had everything needed even before arrival. House was as advertised, very clean, modern, and the layout made it feel larger than the listed square footage. Great location that made everything from airport runs to evening entertainment extremely easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

As a host myself, this place gave me some good ideas an inspiration for my own property. Tons of tvs, towels, games, and everything else that people would need. Adding the pool was a must. Location was a $6 uber from old town, grocery stores right by, and also very close to popular golf courses. Only negative thing I would say is the outside chairs were uncomfortable

12 friends had an amazing weekend at this property. The listing does the property justice. I was nervous there wouldn’t be enough space but there really was plenty!!! There was all the basics there (paper plates solo cups pots and pans etc). The location is amazing as well so convenient and safe!!!! 10/10

The house had everything you could imagine. Well stocked. The pool was very nice and heated nicely. THE ping pong/ cornhole/shuffleboard resulted in a lot of family fun competitions. The bedrooms are big as are the kitchen/eating area and family room. The laundry area is large and stocked! Can’t say enough. We would stay again. Josh was great to work with.

This house had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend with friends. Lots of games and a great pool. It had everything and the check in and check out process was super easy. Communication with the property managers was awesome. Thank you for having us. We loved staying there!

We had 12 girls in Scottsdale for a bachelorette party and this house was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space and loved how close we were to everything! The house also had pretty much everything we needed for our stay to make it a super easy trip. Definitely recommend.

Pros: It’s your standard modern flip property with decent bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Definitely tons of space in the house for groups. Backyard really is the star of the show with a really nice pool, turf grass, TV, and plenty of activities. Location is really good too! Cons: We dealt with a fair share of bugs inside the house which was kinda gross. A maintenance man also unannounced opened our door & that’s pretty unsettling for two women alone in the house. Had some other small issues like WiFi & TV’s being finicky, but not a huge deal. Talking with the owner via chat was not super friendly. Overall, the property is really solid, but the vibes and customer service definitely affected our rating.

Great vacation home for a larger group, plenty to do at the house and also nearby restaurants and bars when you decide to leave the house

It was a nice area that is a close distance to a grocery store The pool and games in the back make for a great vacation and the home inside is beautiful as well.

The house was nice and the maintenance people were great. The property next to me is also a rental. Every weekend starting on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. a new party group occupied the other rental. The groups were either bachelor or bachelorette parties. They were loud and their music and was also loud. If you don’t mind the noisy renters next to you this place is for you.

We had a great time and good location to restaurants and bars.

My husband and I (with 5 adult children) stayed in this home over Xmas holiday. Enjoyed every minute in the clean, spacious open concept home with fantastic amenities to keep us entertained. Pool, ping pong, bocce ball, bags, giant jenna and shuffleboard were enjoyed by all. Family dinners were often prepared using the grill. Since the nights were cold, we decided to pay for the pool to be heated to hot tub temp and loved it! Outdoor TV came in handy to watch college football games. Close to Old Town. Neighborhood seemed very safe. Highly recommended!!

Our family had a great time staying at Josh’s house. The house was clean. The pool was nice and we had a great time playing shuffleboard. The neighborhood was nice and Josh was quick to respond when we had questions.

Convenient to old town and surrounding area, great space for couples and families. Loved the pool and covered patio area with plenty of umbrellas, chairs and shade. two washers and dryers!! everything was included in the home - garbage bags, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, pool towels, etc. Lots of games and space. Recommend for couples traveling together or families.
