Perfect place for the last leg of our Alaska trip - close to everything downtown and right next to fantastic bike trails for running and hiking. It had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

It was SO COZY and felt like home to us!
Location was incredible! Daily walks were some of our highlights.. so much to see on these hikes.
This host goes ABOVE and BEYOND! Tons of extras that he didn’t have to do. I’ve stayed at places with nothing.. including no salt and pepper. With this place were spices, appliances, perfect pillows, coffee, tea. iron, blow dried.. laundry soap!!! NOTHING MISSING! (We only ran out to get creamer)

Wonderful location. Quick walk to be on paths that join the coastal trail. Bright, clean unit which was very comfortable. Owners were wonderful to communicate with.

A perfect stop to start our Alaska adventure! It is very convenient to the airport which was very helpful as 3 of our party were delayed until 10:00 pm. It was so easy to return and pick them up late at night after a long day of travel! Didn’t do any cooking but coffee machine was great! Place is spotless and hosts provided great information and hospitality! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a great place to end our vacation. We chose this as our last place to stay before ending our travels through Alaska. The place seemed secluded even though it was in Anchorage. Very close to airport.

We just loved staying here. Jeremy was so helpful. We had a problem with one of the sleep number beds (which are so comfortable) and he even face timed us to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend this place!!

The condo is very clean and the amenities appear new. Check in and out was easy and the host, Jeremy, was accommodating. The instructions on checking in/out rules were spelled out clearly. The condo was roomy and had all kitchen item for someone like us to make a sumple meal. We felt welcome and at home away from home. Thank you!

We especially loved the neighborhood and proximity to trails and downtown. The house had all the amenities we needed. The blackout curtains and fan were greatly appreciated.

Property was perfect for our needs. Two traveling couples spending a couple nights in city before exploring Alaska and then a cruise. Property was a short drive to downtown eateries and a grocery store was less than 5 minutes up the road. Property was clean and the beds are Sleep Number so you can adjust to what helps you sleep. It is a split level so not very many stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms. Nice towels and bedding.
Only negative is sometimes you can hear some of the speeding cars on the nearby road. Infrequent as the regular traffic seems to just blend in like white noise. The property is tucked into a quaint neighborhood which was quiet and easily accessible to a walking/biking trail.

We stayed in Anchorage for two nights before boarding our cruise. This property was perfect - plenty of room for the 6 of us! It had everything would could need, from towels and dishes to hairdryers and laundry pods. The property was super clean and right next to a park trail.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We were only there to sleep and shower but we were comfortable while we are there. I appreciated the black out blinds with drapes to cover any bits of light coming through. It made sleeping easy. The location was great - safe and close to down town. I would stay again.

The property was beautifully renovated….modern and stylish… and although we had two issues, the property manager Jeff was quick to respond and wonderfully attentive - especially looking for the passport my daughter lost! Beds were sooo comfortable, two full baths helped with 6 people needing showering, kitchen was modern and well equipped, we enjoyed using outside grill. Location is walkable to downtown or $8-12 to Uber. We will be referring this property to other friends who will be taking cruises out of Anchorage.

The house was great and just as described. Beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, blankets, etc.. The house sits just across the street from the start of some great trails. There was a little traffic noise on a busy street that is close by - but nothing too bad.

Extremely clean, close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and BEST rental of our entire trip! There were cozy linens on the bed, a well-equipped heat system in the home, and a nice little coffee bar in the kitchen!

Nice property for a quick vacation.
The place is one half of a duplex, and the images are an accurate representation of the property. The place was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated that it coffee pods and creamers were provided. We cooked several meals here and had everything we needed to do that. We were there in July, when it never gets truly dark, but the unit has very dark shades which made sleeping no issue. There is a little bit of traffic noise at times, as the property is close to a major roadway, but we weren't bothered by it. The place is very conveniently located for exploring Anchorage, and is right next to a lovely park. I only wished the unit had a smart speaker for streaming music, as I like to listen to music while cooking/dining. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Anchorage.

Quiet convenient location next to Chester Creek and Coastal Trails. About 20 minutes walk from downtown. Grocery store within 10 minutes walk or so. Perfect for a two-night stay in Anchorage.

Amazing place to stay in Anchorage
The home is in a very nice neighborhood and only steps away from the trails. We enjoyed walking to the lagoon and watching the birds. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials plus a few extras like tea, coffee, hot chocolate. We would highly recommend this home.

Highly recommend
The property is in an excellent location and just steps from the beautiful trail system. Everything in the duplex is freshly updated and very comfortable. Additionally, the property manager Eryn is very responsive and quickly answers questions. We plan to stay in the property again in the future.
