La struttura vista dall’esterno e all’interno É carina,ma il resto scadente

Partiamo dal fatto che nulla era come nell’annuncio su Booking, la reception ci ha ignorato e non aiutato. Ci sono le formiche da tutte le parti,la colazione sono poche fette di pane e se siete fortunati senza formiche attorno,oppure dei cereali insipidi. Ci hanno lasciato senza cuscini e nonostante chiesto tramite booking non ci ha aiutato nessuno

Personnel agréable

Chambres étroites. Les lits superposés ne sont pas assez solides, un simple mouvement de la personne en haut/en bas vous secouera. La machine à café du petit déjeuner n'est pas bien entretenue, j'ai réalisé au milieu de ma boisson que des fourmis ont été broyées avec le café. Je ne recommande pas si vous cherchez du confort.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Gebäude mit Garten, historisches Marmorinterieur und tollem Ausblick auf Marseille und das Meer. Man hat viel Platz um zu chillen wie z.B im Leseraum, Foyer, Garten oder dem Speisesaal. Geschützte Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Eigentlich sollten 3 Mitarbeiter für die Gäste da sein. Wegen Krankheitsausfall war nur 1 da. Die Dame war sehr freundlich und höflich aber tat mir leid weil sie soviel zu tun hatte. Jedes Bett hatte Licht und mehrere Stromanschlüsse. Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt darum kann ich nichts dazu sagen

Man muss es vorher genau anschauen. Die Herberge war nicht nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der grosse Schlafsaal für 8 Personen hatte keine Ventilatoren oder Klimaanlage, dafür 3 grosse Fenstertüren. Man musste sich eben mit den anderen Gästen einig werden. Der eine wollte die Fenster lieber geschlossen haben, der andere geöffnet. Die Türe zu den Duschberreichen ist eher laut beim schliessen. Ein paar Haare und Krümel (Popel?) auf der Matratze musste ich selber wegfegen. Vorhängeschloss zur Miete oder Handtuchverleih wurde nicht angeboten. Dies nur als Info. Ich bin mit allem gut zurecht gekommen. Der Preis war für mich entscheidend

Les oreillers sont hyper fins et ayant des gros problèmes de cervicales je peux vous que ces deux nuits ont été une souffrance… UNE salle de bain/toilettes pour tout le monde ? Très pratique…. Ils font des chambres non mixtes pour que dans cette immense salle de bains vous attendez 20/30min à 2h du matin pour vos besoins et puis vous voyez sortir un homme et une femme ?? Beh super … et d’ailleurs aucune hygiène est respecté dans cette salle de bain. Vraiment ma note est gentille mais elle n’est pas mérité. Les nuits c’est à base d’embrouilles, que ça crie à 3/4h du matin Allez à The People Hostel qui est dans le centre ils sont bien mieux !!

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding komt wel overeen. De receptioniste deed haar uiterste best om via een vertaal app te communiceren, ze vond het zelf ook wel grappig. Voor deze prijs hebben we een prima overnachting gehad.

Afstand tot het centrum was toch best ver, metrostation is ook 15 min. lopen. Zelf je bedden opmaken prima, maar zelf voor je handdoeken zorgen hadden we niet op gerekend. We hadden aangegeven tussen 13.00 en 14.00 uur in te kunnen checken, dit was per mail ook goed gekeurd, maar we stonden voor een dicht hek, en niemand aanwezig. Na telefonisch overleg konden we na een half uur terugkomen om de tassen achter te kunnen laten.

Although it was far from the center and the main attractions, the area the hostel was in seemed safe and quiet, which made the hostel a nice place to relax, especially in the evening (the sunset was beautiful from the garden). The linens were clean, but the mattress had a few stains. Overall, the bed was quite comfortable. There was a well-equipped kitchen, but unfortunately, it was a mess due to the other guests. I would have loved to see a separate box or something similar for the free food, as there were a few instances where someone mistook someone else's food for the free food. The room had spacious lockers. The breakfast, although quite simple (consisting only of some baguette, eggs, jam, butter, coffee and juice) was a nice little touch. The staff was helpful and kind.

The room had no AC and got quite hot during the day. It wouldn't have been a problem if my room wasn't located directly above the garden, where people played games and chatted in the evening. Closing the window would have meant no air in the room, but sleeping with it open was difficult.
