My friends and I had a great time at this property, the setup couldn't be more ideal for getting together with your people. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had everything you need on sight. Highly recommend this to anyone that needs a place that can sleep a lot of people, great location, and an awesome value.

We had a group of 30 people. One note with a group that size is that a lot of us did had to share the queen size beds to make 30 work. Overall really nice play for a big group and everyone had a great time. A few notes. Pool was good but needs to be treated every 48 hours to prevent cloudiness so ensure you request that from your host. Basketball hoop is 6 ft only and cannot adjust up any higher. Ping pong table should be replaced.

AC did not work in the middle of the desert. Host did not check this before hand and we were forced to sweat it out for 3 days ruining our bachelor party. She sent someone out who pretended to fix the problem but in fact did not. When contacted about having a partial refund she adamantly refused. She was very dismissive and rude throughout. If I could've given zero stars I would have.

The property is plenty large but it is dated and worn. It smelled like a few parties had been there. The property manager is highly responsive and helpful. The location is convenient to north Scottsdale. Probably best for large groups that are more comfortable with budget oriented quality.

This one of a kind property was perfect for our large group of 20. It is extremely rare to find a property this size for such a large group that still checks all the boxes and this one had everything that we needed. Zero issues or complaints, everything in the house worked the way it was supposed to, and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Scottsdale area.

The House was perfect for our family gathering… The outdoors was certainly the best part of the house , pool and all the amenities were great …. Indoors was perfect, as well comfortable , clean and really No complaints ( would make check out at 11.00, not 10.00)

We stayed at this property for a bachelor party and it was perfect. Lots of outdoor activities at the house, plenty of space for 17 people and super comfortable beds. Great location, just a 15 minute drive from old town. Management was super helpful and made everything easy. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay there again myself.

Property has great potential with lots to do outdoors. Cleaning was not complete when we arrived with dirty and wet towels in the washer and drier and no one takes inventory to make sure everything is there and in working order. We spent hours resetting the internet and looking for remotes. Ice dropped through the freezer through a hole in the ice maker, one food bin is cracked and one shower wouldn’t turn on. Better instructions on how to use everything, e.g. how to get the hot tub hot would be helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and can't say enough good things about it! This is a great choice for a large group to stay at with plenty of space for everyone. The house is in a great location, not too far from the airport, Oldtown Scottsdale, and so many golf courses. We had a group of 10 people staying at this house for a golf trip. One of our favorite parts about the house was the large living area where we could all hang out together as a group. Some of us could be in the kitchen cooking, while others watched tv, and others enjoyed the pool table, but still all together. Plenty of bedroom space for everyone as well. And this house has everything- plenty of towels, pillows, linens, kitchen utensils, pots and pans... it lacks nothing and makes for a relaxing time! This house has the BEST outdoor area as well. A beautiful pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, putting green, yard games, etc. There is something for everyone to enjoy! And the grill was perfect for enjoying a dinner in. The other great thing about the property is their management. It was so easy to get ahold of them to ask questions or if we needed anything at all, they were quick to reply and made our stay go so well. They left clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We have no complaints at all, our stay went perfectly! This is the place to book!

Overall was a great stay. We had 9 people stay at the location that came in from all over the country. This was a business trip - not a social. Enough room for everyone to stay and we were able to have our mastermind meeting to discuss different challenges and objectives. Location was great and we were able to go to nearby restaurants as well as dinner on site for our group. We did have few issues that was handled promptly by the host. Thanks again!

The property owner of this rental came to the rescue when our original VRBO booking was abruptly cancelled. The communication was instant and it allowed the family to avoid having to stay in a hotel for one night. The house has everything you could possibly need for a family getaway! It was super clean, the beds were all comfortable, and overall the house layout is fantastic. We highly recommend this rental!

This property was everything we wanted! It was perfect for our multi-generational group! The backyard is amazing with a pool, hot tub, sand volleyball and so so much more. We enjoyed great conversations around the large fire pit every evening! I would definitely rent this house again.

If you are looking for a beautiful spacious property for a large group (family & friends) book this rental. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable; plenty of towels as well. WHY 4 STARS INSTEAD OF 5. The biggest issue with this rental was the communication with the owner. If there was better communication and customer service, the below complaints would not be as big of an issue. Mind you, this was advertised as a luxury rental so my expectations were set reasonably high since it was over $7,000 for 3 nights (Sat-Tues). 15 guest stayed over but I booked the rental for 18 guest incase any friends/family came over. (Each additional guest has an extra charge) I paid in advance for the pool/hot tub to be heated the whole trip; from Sunday night through Monday day, the pool was cold. I notified the property manager (text), owner (text) and Direct Message via VRBO app, of this issue. The property manager said they would notify the owner, however I received no further update if they would fix the heating. So I called the owner, who was very short and rude with me (he sounded irritated) . I informed him that I never received a response regarding if the heating would be fix; he told me the maintenance person would come but could not provide me with an ETA. Then the owner HUNG UP ON ME! I am a paying guest who just wanted the amenities that I paid for, and they offered to provide, to work. The pool was eventually heated (4hrs after maintenance arrived). The hot tub also had some malfunctions because the touch pad is slightly broken, so if any water gets on the touch pad, the hot tub will not a work. The maintenance worker advised us that they were aware of this issue prior to our arrival. I never received a refund for the day of not having the pool/hot tub heated. Or any apology for the inconvenience. There was also an issue with heating with some of the showers; my family told me the water would be coId after a few minutes. We also could not get the ice machine on the fridge in the kitchen to work; which I saw was an issue for previous guest as well. In conclusion, this rental looks just as glorious and massive as it does in the photos. It was a perfect property to celebrate a birthday. There was just some minor set backs, as I mentioned above, that dampened the mood and added stress to the trip. I want to be honest and hope that the next guest that books this beautiful rental does not have the same experience as I did. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and there was an abundance of bath and beach towels. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities in the large yard, especially the pool, hot tub, firepit, and TV. Despite the property's location on a relatively busy road, we did not hear traffic while in the house. We were disappointed with the communication leading up to the stay, particularly regarding daily $35 charge per infant. The property manager was not responsive to our requests to fix the broken icemaker or to bring a missing broom to the property. However, when one in our group burned his hand on the faulty gas grill, she did send someone out to look at it. We were unable to use the grill the last two days of our stay. We enjoyed the putting green, but renters should be aware that the pickleball court is actually a miniature slab of concrete and is in poor condition.

Wow! Talk about amazing property and stay. The pictures are gorgeous but the house itself is perfect for a large group. You have to see it in person and experience all its glory. There so much to do in and around Scottsdale but the house offers the ultimate activities and fun. Perfect for families or a group of adults enjoying AZ. The host was super responsive and quick. We can’t wait to return.

We had so much fun at this house. The set up is perfect for plenty of fun and activities. The combo of beach volley ball and then cooling off in the pool is unbeatable. There were plenty of rooms to escape to that branched off the main living room area that leads out to the backyard. We truly had the best time and I have already recommended this house to others looking for a place in Scottsdale that can hold a large group.

The house was absolutely perfect for my big family. Everyone enjoyed the house and will forever cherish the time we spent here. We mostly stayed at the property throughout our stay- only going out for groceries- and we were never bored. Robin and Natasha were nothing short of amazing hosts. They always responded quickly and were very accommodating. Everything you see and read is exactly what you get. The house was very beautiful and spacious, as depicted in the images. My family and I 100% recommend this property for a nice remote family weekend.

This was a great setup for multiple families. Fantastic pool that we paid extra for to heat which was well worth it as it was mid February. Fantastic sand volleyball area, basketball/pickleball court, grassy space and mini ping pong table. Rooms were well appointed and beds were very comfy. Pool pumps/equipment was noisy when sitting outside at dining table which made it hard to visit or eat at the table. Outdoor BBQ space was a great area and would suggest lights in that area as it was challenging to grill when dark outside. Hot water tank in casita was way too small. There was not enough hot water for more than one quick shower at a time. Having a large W/D on site was so helpful for our group and especially for doing extra loads of towels. Overall, an amazing property with LOTS of rooms and spaces for a large group!

We stayed at this property with3 other couples. Plenty of bedrooms and space, lots of activities in the backyard and we had a blast.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) spent almost 16 days here at this lovely house - even extending our trip by a few days there at the end. The outdoor space is everything as advertised. Beautiful pool, grassy area, mini golf, cornhole, full sand volleyball court (!), hot tub, pickleball. It was a winter delight for my whole family to be able to spend so much time entertained outdoors. The inside is no less wonderful. The house is laid out really well, with two "wings" coming off the great room. The beds and linen are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked (including All-Clad cookware), and there are plenty of towels to be had all around. The wi-fi is outstanding, which for us was critical as we had two kids doing remote schooling on Zoom and two working adults on calls all day too. No issues for any of us, and we were spread out between the indoors and outdoors all throughout. The location is also great - very close to Paradise Valley and Kierland Commons, so we had easy access to all the shopping we needed at places like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, Best Buy, etc, and we were equally close to wonderful restaurants in Kierland Commons and Old Scottsdale. It was equally easy to venture out to Northeast Scottsdale for hiking, and we even took day-trips out to the Grand Canyon (3.5 hours) and Sedona (2 hours). One final point worth mentioning - the owner Robin, and his team, were very responsive and made for such a pleasant stay. I always believe that it's not in the prevention of issues but in the response to issues that service really shines, and they demonstrated that. For example, we noticed that all the pickle balls were missing (turns out previous renters must have hit them into the neighbor's yard) and we didn't have a pump for the basketballs. By the end of the day, packages had arrived from Amazon with everything we needed. Additionally, we had an appliance issue, which can happen when staying for so long, and within hours we had people there to address the problem. That was great. This is a wonderful home and I recommend it highly. It would be great for families or larger groups as well. Thank you Robin!

My friends and I had an awesome time at this property. It certainly was a lot of bang for the buck, and we didn’t have to leave the house at all to have a blast. Everything we wanted and needed was right on site. Would absolutely stay again. The host was very nice and was quick to respond to any questions. Not sure if you’d be able to find a better option in terms of quality, offerings, and price.
