Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings and beds, spacious apartment on two floors, very clean, lots of helpful information for sightseeing, good location for walking and taking the bus, easy checkin and checkout, good communication with friendly owner. I recommend this apartment and would stay there on another trip to Orvieto.

Wonderful space for the whole family with everything you might need and the host was so helpful in recommendations. Wish we could have spent longer.

The apartment is newly renovated with lots of space. It was very clean and the air conditioning and WiFi were great. We used the washer, it worked great and our clothes dried very quickly in the summer heat. The host left bottled water for us.

Large space that was extremely clean & comfortable. Modern facilities included WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and TV were available. The hostess was welcoming and even walked several blocks to our car when we couldn’t find the apartment. The provided water & coffee were appreciated

Directions to the property could get complicated with one way and restricted traffic areas but the Hostess goes out of her way to help with this and even rode in our car to give us directions- Fantastic

The place was lovely clean and in the right location to walk about the village. Was great to have a place to do laundry midway through our trip. Would be a great place for a family. Simonetta was a kind helpful hostess.

The parking space is a bit far from the apartment.
