We chose this over hotels for our work trip

This was definitely one of the best properties I ever rented, and the host is the best , we definitely rent this place again in our next trip to san pancho … muchas gracias Jazmín.

Stayed here with a coworker while attending a meeting at the conference center. The place was really nice and the host has really thought of everything. We always felt safe in the apartment but at night we preferred to uber instead of walking. We would stay here again for the next conference

Great house to rent for the price when you are bouncing between SF and East Bay. Even during "rush hour" it only took 20-30 minutes to get to downtown SF. It wasn't clear in the listing that it is one of two units of a duplex. Neighborhood is great there's a park/playground 100feet from the house which was great since we were traveling with a toddler. Would stay here again when visiting the Bay Area.

This was a great option for my Dad, best friend and I's San Francisco trip. We were able to walk about a mile to the bart station and get into the city easily. The street the home is on is nice but the surrounding blocks are a little sketch. Felt safe in home and parking on the street but wouldn't want to walk the neighborhood at night to get to the bart so we just Ubered back, still cheaper than paying parking in the city. And Street parking at the home was free.
Yasmine is great, super friendly and super accommodating. Would consider staying again for another trip.

We were really looking forward to staying here, and it was a nice house from the outside, but we couldn't find parking (people appeared to be living in cars and RVs on the streets) and started circling the neighboring streets. The adjacent street had a block party of sorts (cars and tables blocking the street), blocking the street and we asked the neighbors if they had any parking suggestions. They saw two kids in car seats in our car, and told us it wasn't safe to have kids there. We then heard two loud bangs (and the neighbors got down at the sound). The owner was responsive when I told them we wouldn't be staying there.

The location is super convenient to get into the city. The unit is super clean and the host was incredible with recommendations and welcoming us to her space. Thank you!!

Spring Break
This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable, like staying in a new house. The street it is on was very quiet and right next to a playground. We enjoyed our time in San Fransisco even more because of staying there.

Pandemic reunion
This was a very nice & comfortable apartment. It provided good outdoor space to visit with our family. The location is well situated to take full advantage of all the activities the bay area has to offer. Street parking was accessible and fairly easy to come by. We would definitely stay here again.
