Easy process and simple communication with the property manager. Nestled in the heart of Denver makes it easy to get anywhere. Quiet, gorgeous property, that allows you to recoup and recover from any and all activities. Was awesome to see artwork of Red Rocks as that was the reason for our trip.

Perfect “Home Away from Home” for the Mother of the Groom! Beautiful eclectic house with large kitchen, awesome master bedroom suite and welcoming patio! Location was perfect!!!

Fun and unique rental that was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owner was great and responsive. Located conveniently to Cherry creek, Botanic Gardens, Cheesman Park and Capital Hill area. . We had a great stay and recommend it highly!

Stayed there for DU graduation and everything was perfect. We loved the location and the house was perfect for our needs. Walking the neighborhood every evening was wonderful. Interior space were great and the outdoor spaces were equally great! Highly recommend!

This house has some unique decor which was so fun to look at. It’s also in a great location for all your needs in Denver. The house has any supplies you would need and then some. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall great stay!

😊 I have nothing but good things to say on behalf of our family, as we stayed at Andy's fantastic home over the weekend. Nestled so perfectly on the corner, with the great little shops across the street, it made for easy access getting to and fro, which we did a lot of, without feeling like we were bothering neighbors all hours. And btw what a beautiful neighborhood. Good for walking with plenty to do that is close. The home is definitely a stunning place, we very much appreciated all the personal touches in the art, decor & finishes of the home itself. It was a perfect location to Washington Park, downtown Denver and just a quick drive south to see family. So perfectly comfortable, it made the end of each day feel like we were home. Will definitely stay again when visiting CO.

This was the perfect place to stay in Denver! We could walk to shopping and great restaurants. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Colorado. Andy was a Great host. He answered all of our questions and we very helpful.

Interesting space, secluded patio, well appointed. lots of interesting spaces to relax in.

I rented this house to be a kind of “base camp” for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone to get ready the night before and sleep in the morning after. We had so much fun exploring and the kitchen area was perfect for brunch! Such a fun hidden gem of a home (:

Andy's home from start to finish was PRECISELY what we were looking for! You walk in and are met with intricate details in fixtures, bathroom decor, a state of the art gourmet kitchen, complimentary games for those looking to have a competitive edge and community at your home. The list goes on and on! After I was scammed booking a completely different reservation, I was afraid that my holiday plans were wrecked and was apprehensive to book anything. However, a quick message to Andy, and I was comfortable booking here! This home exceeded every possible expectation! The Master bedroom/bathroom is transcendent. The shower is like a spa, and the actual bed in the master bedroom is remarkably comfortable. There is a cute Juliet balcony that peaks down to the dining area, and so many creative nooks and crannies you just have to book to explore them. For us, with everything happening in our world during COVID-19, travel plans had been halted-and finding "water spots" for relaxation hadn't really been a thing. Until now. This was the BEST staycation and we plan on booking again in the spring/summer! There is a fantastic outside patio that stretches across the exterior of the home. Not to mention any person who has a painting of Bill Murray arrayed in a general's jacket already gets my vote! Rent here. You have utter privacy and a great space for fun, creativity and community! We enjoyed our stay at this eclectic and artsy home in a lovely neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and well appointed with a wonderful kitchen for cooking and hanging out. There also is a nice patio with comfortable seating - a good place to relax over a glass of wine. Andy and Kate were helpful and responsive when we had a question, which we truly appreciated. Overall a great experience!
