The bathroom was awful it was made for people with disabilities, very low sink, WC. open shower which flooded entire room. you had to use a squeegee to push water into drain. No swimming pool, or sauna or bar.

It was very clean and modern perfect size for me and my family wish we was down for longer we definitely will be coming g back for the summer time when the pool and sauna will be open but as it stands we really had a great time !

Tbh they was a few miner things but it didn’t really bother us as much but they are as followed -main bedroom main light didn’t work but lamps did so no issue -the shower head pole would hold the shower head still as it kept sliding down but again we managed with no issues -could of done with some kitchen cooking essentials like pots and pans and baking trays but again we made use of what we had -slightly loose tile on the bathroom floor but again easily not noticeable -slightly puffier pillows for my self but in all honesty that’s personal preference I mean this with all honesty none of the above really effected our stay but I hope you take it as possible feed back to slightly improve I understand we have stayed in the off peak season so we are really understanding that some repairs maybe due ready for the summer ahead but other then that we rate this property 10/10 5* Staff was amazing location was great Overall happy customers Thank you from me and my family to the resort and all the staff have a great year ahead !!!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Dogs were made welcome and a good location for getting around the area. The lady on reception was helpful and friendly.

The look of the place is rather intimidating and the atmosphere is a bit foreboding. Our room was round the side of some bins. The tv cable went out of the window so you can’t shut the window and the tv didn’t work which we reported.

Apartment had the bare essentials however by no means a deluxe apartment. The shower head would not stay in situ and constantly slipped down so u couldn’t stand under it to have a proper shower. There were also no towel rails or hooks anywhere in bathroom to hang our towels or clothes. My elderly mum also struggled as there was no hand rail for her to steady herself in the shower. Majority of windows had draft coming through them, so much so the blinds on the windows would constantly flap around hitting the window. As a result my mum found it very cold in the apartment. There were no towel changes during our five day stay and only one toilet roll. The steps to the apartment were far too challenging for my elderly mum but I do accept that it was a last minute booking and the holiday park would not have been able to accommodate this request. All in all a disappointing 5 day stay.

Great location Lovely swimming pool and sauna Great food

The kitchen was closed 6-9 due to the carnival in ilfracombe, and when it opened again, the choice was limited to a burger or pizza and certain sides. Having paid for half board, it would have been better if we had the closure information prior to our arrival. The food we did have was excellent, however, and staff were extremely helpful

Location was so good can't fault anything. Very clean bungalow and Helpful staff. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool .

This place is amazingly clean and close to a lot of attractions and activities. The accommodation fee is very reasonable. Our apartment was super clean, I can not fault them on that one. They offer entertainment for the residence and we enjoyed the one we attended 😀 Swimming pool is well maintained and there is always a life guard available. Lovely staff. There is a big Tesco close by, just 5-7 minutes walk. It's also a 7-minute drive to the Harbor. There is a restaurant at the premises

There are buildings which are run down and dated at the other end, they make the place not look pleasant. I felt hurried when we were checking out because the cleaner was literally waiting by our door to leave, though it was not 10:am yet, which is the checkout time.

The friendly helpful staff especially check in and bar and kitchen side. The amazing Indian head massage. Strongly recommend. I felt so at ease relaxed and calm.

Pipes hanging out the walls health and safety risk in woman’s changing rooms. Pool was merky and slippery. I slipped and fell. Cut my toe on the broken tiles in my apartment. No entertainment Sunday night. Emailed to talk to management told someone would call and they haven’t.

Bar & restaurant area lacked atmosphere. Menu limited to burgers and pizzas. Poor choice of draught ales.

These are nice apartments for a family holiday. The park has friendly staff, and the restaurant have a good English breakfast.

The property is slightly outdated, and could use some better maintenance.

Complimentary tea,coffee and milk. Smart Tv for the evenings and generally comfortable. Swimming pool on site. Restaurant/ pub on site.

Several of the lights were out so it made the evenings dark. Reported to reception. Quite a noisy park and apartments are warm so windows need to be open. Would have been great to have some USP ports.

The property was excellent The food from the restaurant was very good and the prices were amazing.

Nothing would have stayed again another night but weather was not good.

The property was clean and had a beautiful view.

Could have done with curtain for door as too bright at night.
